Regarding the appointment overall, here is a little feedback:~ Both of you seemed to be good people. I was grateful for the quick appointment when I called (hence one star)~ When I called, I asked about the price for the service call & (should have asked for specifics) was told the service call would be $89 (NOT $199) & if anything was purchased that would be applied to purchase~ As a former sales person, I quickly picked up on the immediate up-sale. The phrase "friend to friend, this is my suggestion...." was definitely recently discussed in a sales meeting!~ Whether my whole system (3 years old) actually needs to be replaced or only the compressor alone can be replaced…. I really do not know.~ I felt like all Hiller wanted was the most money because I am clearly not the expert. This was very disappointing.~ My reaction was very real due to sticker shock, anger at my builder, my horrible financial situation, I felt preyed upon, and disappointed in the whole situation.~ I do appreciate the ‘discounts’ applied. Why wouldn’t the prices reflect the best possible prices initially? That is always a huge red flag in a big purchase.

Hiller is a one stop mega knowledgeable service provider. Anything associated with the home or business, they have you covered. They are punctual, professional, and courteous. They will not pressure sale you. They offer different levels of solutions for your situation. I would like to recommend their TEAM 1000 percent. Give them a call for your home or business needs. I am smiling with a happy face today, it's Hiller-Time!!!

Hiller was great. They relocated and installed new hot water tank. They vented the water heater pan to outside to minimize/prevent water damage in the event of a water leak. They upgraded laundry room wiring and water lines.They installed new washing machine connection box.Work was clean and neatly done. The crew was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The price was reasonable. Definitely will reach out to Hiller for future needs.

The techs that came to the house were very polite, and patient of an old man. They explained each thing they were having to do fully and what the cost was going to be. They also outlined any options that they might be aware of. Nice young people. Well educated in their craft.

Mr. Jeremy is da man! What an awesome guy and extremely knowledgeable about all things electrical. He made sure that my panels were working properly and even did a check on the two light fixtures that my handyman installed. Everyone at Hiller who has been to my home (electricians, HVAC) has been kind and professional. I’m so glad to have them around when I need them.

We had an after hours issue with our water heater. The technician, Kodi, was quick to come to the house and was able to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and kind. Our water heater is up and running and I highly recommend their services!

Hiller exceeded my expectations. They sent me a picture of the service person coming to our home along with his name and contact info. He quickly found the problem and repaired it. He was polite and professional. We will use Hiller again for any plumbing/electrical/HVAC issues. Great service!

The technician arrived at a responsible time since I had to be worked in. He was very friendly and courteous and clean appearance. He talked me thru the plan of actions and made some recommendations for future preventative maintenance. He was quick and cleaned up behind himself before he left. I never met him before but in talking, with found out that we know some of the same people. He is an excellent representation for Hiller company.

We’ve used Hiller a few times in the past two years. The customer service and attention is unmatched. Hiller is always easy to book, prompt in arrival, and communicative from the start of a job until to end. I’ve found that even if there is a mistake or a miscommunication on estimate pricing or materials or anything else, they don’t pass along their errors to the customer; they correct them at their own expense. There are very few companies that would do this.I very rarely leave reviews, but Hiller deserves five stars (and maybe a sixth) for the way my family and I have been treated. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Craighead was killer. I received other another quote 3k to fix some issues with my office for American Roofing. He got it done for 850$ in a hour and 45 min. 2 days after he gave me the quote because I didn’t have time the day of or the next day! Definitely would recommend them!

We signed up for a free home inspection at the Home and Garden Expo. Hiller communicated well during the lead up to the visit. They have a cool process that tracks the location of their service tech: you know exactly where they are once told he is on the way. Kodi, the tech, was awesome. He listened to our issues, worked the problem, called the manufacturer and resolved the problem. he was attentive, helpful, and capable. He left us with individual estimates of other work we needed to do and gave advice where we could purchase the parts to save money. Clearly was not trying to upsell us or make additional revenue from the parts.We’re Happy with Hiller

Chris Brown and Matt were both amazing!The work was completed ahead of schedule and they both showed genuine concern for my elderly mother's well being to get our power and heat restored asap.If you need highly qualified electricians with top notch customer service, I recommend requesting Chris and Matt!

I had a faulty switch, and half the plug-ins and lights not working in the master bed and bathrooms. I called Hiller out and Mr. Chris and Gabriel came and fixed it all. They didn't try to hoodwink me or get me to pay for anything unnecessary and were courteous. The found the problems, had them fixed in a couple of hours, and were on their way. They also didn't give me grief over the mess my house was in due to us working long hours and not keeping up with laundry and whatnot. Thanks the them and Hiller for the service, God bless yall.

Jeremy and Matt were great and able to take care of our electrical problem in our breaker box, while the power was out no less. Additionally, they relocated an electrical outlet into the crawl space for water filter system. We signed up for Hiller Club as a yearly preventative maintenance in order to avoid repairs that could become costly in the long run.

Jeremy did an excellent job of explaining what I needed to correct my electrical problem. He also noticed my smoke detectors which were way out of date and suggested new ones. He was able to work a fair price for all the work and did a great job. I appreciate his professionalism and the fact he knew what he was doing. It's been several times we used Hiller services. We continue using this company because we're very satisfied with the excellent quality of their services. The last job was very complicated - they had to install new water lines under the kitchen slab floor. They were not only able to complete the job in very short time (one day only) but in addition they found they way to leave the cabinet under the sink undamaged. Furthermore, the communication with our project manager Ronnie was a pleasure. We would highly recommend Hiller to everyone and we definitely will continue to use them in the future. I had my heating, electrical and plumbing serviced today and was very happy with the service and the upfront way the guys communicated any issues. I feel like they are honest with any recommendations of what you may need and truly don’t push you if you can’t make any changes at the time.
