I was fortunate to meet with Alex Burch regarding my failing gutters. He came out the same day and got on our roof and came up with a solution after several other gutter companies had failed. 4 days later a crew came out and replaced our gutters and gutter guards with a larger gutter that easily handles the rainwater coming off of our roof. The job was completed within one day and they took great care to clean up everything, nothing was left behind. He is always available to discuss any questions or concerns you have throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Alex Burch of Aspen Contracting for your gutter and /or roofing needs.

Do not use this company. They came to my house and made it sound like an easy process where they would help me log everything that I lost in the tornado and they would send off the checks from my insurance for me so I didn't have to do that. But then that process took far longer than it would have if I had done it myself. They charged for the work they did not do because insurance said they would pay x amount . The job was never actually finished. The roof now has waves in it. I am concerned about my roof leaking. They put maybe 20 shingles up, charged me for 3 hours of work when they weren't even there for two. They didn't replace the gutters which needed replaced according to their first contact that came out to see my roof. He told me it would cost maybe $500 to do the whole thing. Lies....Terrible company. Terrible service. They are using the tornado and insurance as a way to make a quick buck. DisgustingFollow up...They sent me a letter and it said that they did things like fixed my gutters that weren't included on the insurance claim but they absolutely did not touch my gutters. They actually made the back of my roof worse and it's going to cost me a lot. So please do not waste your time with this company. Tell your friends.Second followup...Now, due to their negligence, I have a ton of water coming into my foundation.Save your money and stress and time and choose to use someone else.

I used this service and signed with them in May 9, 2023 Work began 1st week I n August, and much to my dismay lasted three long weeks. Apparently, ASPEN subcontracts installation out to another company. This company provided a crew of two. Some days they were not here and had a couple of rain days. The work was excellent, and much better than expected. The key issues here are that there was a definite lack of communication between Aspen and the sub contracted company. They provided me with a satisfying service, but it took much too long. While the contract called for a magnetic tool to find nails, that did not happen, as we picked most of them up Planning appeared to be an issue, as several times they get to get more material.

They gave me a great deal on a new roof and got the job done quickly. I had a couple of holes in my roof so it needed immediate attention, and they got the materials delivered the day after I signed the service agreement and put my roof on the next business day. The roof looks great. So I am very happy with their price, their work, and the quick turnaround. Also a plus that no money is due until the work is done. They did take my antenna off and when they put it back on, they put it on backward and did not secure the coaxial cable to the roof as it had been before. I live near mountains, so the antenna does have to be positioned just right to get good reception, and if the cable blows around, it could come loose. The supervisor did turn the antenna to point in the right direction, but it was tilted down instead of up because the post was mounted backward. It also slipped off the post completely a few days later because it was not secured properly as it had been. I now can't watch several channels until I build up the courage to climb a ladder to fix my antenna. An extra 5 minutes of attention to putting it back the way it was would have gone a long way. I also found a lot of dangerous debris left in my dog pen including a large piece of wood with many nails in it, splintered wood, nails, and stapes. Overall, I am happy with the job they did but do wish they had taken a picture of my antenna and put it back as it was. I also wish they were a bit more thorough in picking up debris in my dog pen especially.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

All I can say is shame on Aspen Contracting. We had a tree fall on our neighbors detatched garage that damaged a few shingles. She had just had Aspen Contracting put a new roof on her garage so we called them for an estimate. They told us and our neighbor if we used another roofing company it would void the warranty so we really didn't have a choice but to use them. They charged us $2000.00 to replace 1- 1 x 6 2' long and a 3' x3' section of shingles. They only charged my neighbor $3000.00 to replace the whole roof. We had gotten another estimate before the warranty issue came up and they quoted us $650.00. Needless to say Aspen took advantage of us. Hopefully this review will make you think twice before using Aspen Contracting for any of your roofing needs.Service: Roof repair

This was a great experience. I had damaged roof due to storms, initially the insurance company denied a replacement in favor of fixes that conveniently came in just under my deductible. Jeff at the Lenoir City location simply knocked on my door and told me he could get a roof replacement covered through my insurance at no cost to me... I was like "right like that will ever happen", sure enough, the insurance company did a 180* turnaround once Jeff provided the proof. The installation was done in a single day, even though numerous rain showers and lightning was going on, the crew never stopped and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Could not be happier with this experience, HIGHLY recommend.Service: Roof installation

I used them once. Told me it had a warranty and would do a bunch of things changed there mind and I still need my roof fixed from leaking. Afterwards or was still leaking never offered to repair it because after they told me they would fixed it, it wasn't on warranty. Rolls them several times or was still leaking. Didn't Care. Just wanted there money. BEWARE
