I am very happy with the way the salesperson explained how the insurance process worked. They gave me a ballpark start date and nailed it. The production manager was very easy to talk to and addressed all my questions and concerns. At no point was I treated like a bother when I wanted to know something about the process. Some of the hardest working people I have ever seen showed up to do the work. My roof was a 2 day job and we had a pop up storm cell that evening. The owner showed up personally to make sure the roof that was unfinished was secured and let me know he would be available if there was any issue through the night. I am kind of a perfectionist and I have done a lot of construction work in my life. I was really expecting to see some crooked lines in the valleys. It's very difficult to cut valley shingle perfectly straight. I was a little bothered by the fact that the valley cuts were perfect. I had to realize that these guys may do better work than I do, so I will have to be able to process this. I was also told by the salesman that there were approximately 12,000 nails being removed from my roof and they would get 11,990 of them and we would find the rest at some point. I was only able to recover 2 nails they didn't find and I feel cheated a little. The color and style of the shingles is beautiful as well. The salesman did recommend black drip edge to accentuate the roof line and created a visual separation from the rest of the house. I would have never chosen a black drip edge but I'm so glad I went with his recommendation. It came out beautiful. They voluntarily painted my vent stacks and flue vents on the roof and that made such a huge difference.

Blake responded quickly to my inquiry about roof damage and evidence inside my home. He assisted with making an insurance claim and met with the assigned insurance adjuster pointing out the extent of damage. As a result, the insurance company promptly issued a check for the coverage. Titan ordered the materials and the day after they were delivered I had a new roof! This all took place between 11/7 and 12/20/23.Very efficient!

Initial appointment went well, and the gentleman even helped us work with our insurance company on our tornado/storm sign and damage. He never made it to our insurance walk through, never contacted us back and never returned calls or messages after that. Even after we got a payment from our insurance company for repairs.EDIT/UPDATEProof of appointments and tentative agreements have been submitted. I have no affiliation with any roofing companies and currently these reviews are warranted and supported. All three roofing companies in question are aware of my reviews. One of the companies has not even reached back out to me yet. I can't possibly give a company more than 2 stars if no service was provided, truly estimated OR considered OR if the company never came back or followed up. These are all separate, unrelated and individually subjective reviews. I will change ratings as/if I have the need to during future dealings with these companies. I am just a homeowner who is trying to get tornado damage repaired. I do understand how it could appear as though similar reviews might be viewed as "off", but I apparently just have bad luck with companies. It's as simple as that.

I would like to thank Titan Roofing and Drew Young for getting my roof replaced. Drew Young for great he took control of all the leg work with my insurance company to get it replaced. Drew even drove to my home in SelmerTn on his day off to put a tarp over the top of roof so it wouldn’t ruined the inside of home. Thanks Drew for a great experience you are a life saver. From the time of discovery to the cleanup Tucker our salesman walked us through everything and kept close tabs on us, knowing how picky we were about the process and the little details. We sure do appreciate how above and beyond he went for us! We recommend Tucker and Titans here in Waverly and surrounding areas . I love my new roof! Titan Roofing helped me take my roof from an insurance repair to a full replacement. Without their professional knowledge, we would have been out thousands of dollars. My roof was damaged during a storm in August. I put a post on Facebook asking for roofer referrals. Andrew Young @ Titan replied almost instantly. A day later he was on top of my house accessing the damage. After the adjuster finally came by to write up the estimate Andrew jumped into action. He made numerous phone calls on my behalf to the insurance company and to the adjuster to correct information on the original estimate. If I had a question Andrew was there to answer it, whether by text or voice. It was a tedious process but Andrew stayed vigilant, and always with a positive attitude . The roof was finally replaced in August (delays not due to Titan by any means). Andrew was polite, informative and caring from the very first day. He went above and beyond my expectations. If you need roof repairs Andrew Young @ Titan Roofing is the one to call!

I am beyond pleased with our new roof on all three of our buildings Brandon and Drew knocked on our door after the tornado and at first I was skeptical as I am with all door to door sales however it felt like I was talking with friends and not someone trying to sale me something they walked me through the process an explained everything in detail called our insurance company kept me up to date on EVERYTHING and a few weeks later I had a crew show up and did all THREE buildings in about 5 hours the crew was respectful to our property cleaned up behind themselves and I was extremely AMAZED by the outcome i definitely recommed we literally did nothing but sign papers they did all the work thank you so much Brandon and Drew

Titan replaced my roof a year ago, and was Mike super reassuring and patient with my questions. We recently had another strong windstorm and so I asked for an inspection which they provided for free. Andrew came out and immediately provided me photos of damage and was in constant communication answering any questions I had. Within that same week Alexis came and fixed the damage no questions asked. Titan Roofing came first thing in the morning to remove an ice dam from our roof that was causing water to leak down the walls in our bathroom. They stopped the leak, inspected the attic, and placed a tarp. Afterwards they even repaired the damage with new drywall, ceiling repair, and paint—as well as painting some old leak stains on our high ceilings. Mike values customer service and has a top notch team. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the job to perfection with kindness, diligence, and integrity.
