I got to choose the color which turned out so beautiful and the price was WELL under what other contractors had quoted me. I can't say enough good things about Quality Building Supply. We first had them out a few years ago to build my shop. They did a great job and the build was quick. After seeing the quality of work they did, my dad had them build a shop for himself.For us it was an easy choice on who we would have build our home when the time came and QBS knocked it out of the park for us a 3rd time! Now, building a custom home is a lot different than building a shop, we had a few setbacks with weather and delivery schedules but that was where we really saw Jeff and his crew shine. They took every setback in stride and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. I felt sorry for some of the the difficult weather these guys had to contend with to get our job done but I never heard a complaint from anyone on the crews.For anyone looking to have a structure built in their service area, don't overlook these guys! They are excellent. Thanks again for helping us build our dreams!

So far, we are 100% satisfied with Quality Building Supply. We found a mobile home floor plan we liked. We made some room changes to the plan, and had Quality draw us up a floor plan if the house we want. We are just waiting for the Soring rains to be over, then we will start the build. The prices have been reasonable for what we want.

QBS took our custom home plans that we designed and paid a private company to draw up and shared them to their social media platforms selling our exact house inside and out. On top of that they took photos of our home under false pretenses and shared the pictures of our private residence without our consent! When we contacted them about resolving the issue they did not reach back out, adequately apologize, or take any responsibility for their wrongdoing. They obviously only care about making a dime and not about the privacy or rights of their clients.

Don’t use!!! They didn’t even attach my foundation to my crawl! It’s been 2 years and I’m still fixing their mess. Water leaks, crooked windows, crooked doors that don’t shut! When asked to come fix it, they came and made it worse because they were upset I wanted it fixed. Trust me when I say, you do not want this builder!! One star is too many for this shady group!!

Dealing with this company has been one of the absolutely worst experiences we have had while renovating our home. A dishonest employee deceived us into hiring his brother-in-law (Jubal Beachy) by suggesting that he is connected to Quality and not revealing that he was recommending a family member. The man he recommended built a structure for us that is unusable for which we have paid thousands of dollars. The builder refused to correct the problems and bald-faced lied that it was our fault, the employee who recommended him refused to take any responsibility for deceiving us & recommending to us someone who does not have the skill to do what the signed up to do, and management washed their hands of it while letting us know the builder is also a family member. We hired many people to work on renovating our home and did not have an issue or encountered this level of dishonesty and poor quality work with any of them.

Mostly, everything ran smoothly. One of my items wasn't in stock, so I will have to return to pick it up. Once we left the sales office and went to the yard for pick up, there was some disconnect between sales and yard. But, they were all very willing to help work out the kinks and we are very pleased with our purchase. But I also want to point out that we were there during a very busy time, so that probably contributed to the disconnect. We will definitely continue to shop there.
