We just watched your appraiser give an estimate in Rarity Bay to our next door neighbor, and the driver walked up to the side of their house and urinated on their wall.... while my wife and I were 30' away eating breakfast watching from our window. Such a low class thing to do. We are posting this on the Rarity Bay Facebook page. (Over 800 homes).I guarantee you'll never give another estimate in Rarity Bay !!!

I had a leak on a 5 year old roof. Called Monica and left a message. She got right back to me. Then the next day I got a call that they were on their way!
