Burell Built installed a new roof on our house last week. We worked with Byron. He was great. We had a small leak that led to us discovering several major issues with our roof. I had multiple companies come out, Bryon was the most thorough when inspecting and gave us several options to fix the issues. The work was completed quickly and communication was good. The company was recommended to us by our realtor.

New homeowner here that had no idea what was going on. I had what turned out to be 2 major leaks that were causing problems inside. I was recommended Burell by the company doing the internal repairs. Best recommendation I think I've had in awhile. I spoke with Nathan several times over 2 weeks when one big leak turned into 2. He and his team were great to work with and communicated throughout the process to make sure it was taken care of. When he first came out, he took the time to explain things about the roof and what to expect for me with being a first time homeowner. Burell Built was there to save the day, when a storm sent tree limbs through our roof. Jamie was on site the SAME day to assess damage and had a crew there the very next day; to remove tree limbs, patch holes & tarp the roof. She and Brandon even worked with our insurance; to get our claim moving faster, so they could begin repairs! I cannot recommend this company enough, they will go above and beyond!

Impressed to say the least, these guys showed up at 6:30am and got to work immediately. They had the old shingle roof off and hauled away by the time I got home at 10am, by 5pm they were finishing the install and cleaning up. I have plants all around my house like so many do but nothing was trampled or destroyed and when they were done there was no sign they were even there other than the new roof. Hopefully I won't need another roof replacement due awhile but if I do I'll definitely call these guys again. I had Burell Built Exteriors and Roofing replace my flat roof about 2 years ago and their level of customer service and quality has not diminished one bit. I recently had a leak in my roof that turned out to be in the shingled part of the roof (was installed by another company during the hail storm a few years back) but is adjacent to the flat roof and they came out found the problem and fixed it no questions asked. Nathan and Tony and the crew at Burell are just outstanding in my opinion. It's just great to know that there are honest contractors out there that know how to be courteous and do great work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received an on-site quote from Nathan who was prompt in providing a bid but was my top choice because of the information and thoughtfulness he put in to the quote that other companies didn't ask about or include. The company ended up having to select a different vendor because of insurance money restrictions but when the other vendor was unresponsive we went back to Burell Built. They were prompt in getting necessary paperwork to our corporate and communicated about the scheduling. The day before the work was to be done Nathan called to confirm when we would be available for them to start. The foreman who came (Mike) and the other teammate (sorry I didn't remember name) got started quickly, listened to what I described and got the job done well. I had some shingles come lose from a repair that was done by another company several years ago. Burell Built was recommended to me by a friend. Corey reached out to me almost ASAP, and promptly had a crew supervisor reach out as well. Nathan's team was able to come out at a moment's notice, and the had the repair complete in less than an hour! The crew were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained to me what was causing the shingles to come lose. The Burell team is very prompt, professional, friendly, and fast! As far as I can tell, they do wonderful work!

UPDATE 2020: He offered to give me $2000 back for the terrible a job he did but never followed through. Again consumers beware of this dishonest company!Consumers, please beware of Burell Built Exteriors & Roofing Company, LLC!At the beginning of July 2018, I purchased a new roof for a home that’s being completely remodeled, knowing already that 10-12 boards needed to be replaced, as you can see the roof from the inside of the house. I informed a Burell Built Exteriors employee named Jesse of this, and he agreed to replace these boards as part of our arrangement.On the day that work was set to begin, I was available to drop-by the house and meet with Jesse to see the progress. When I arrived, they were about to shingle the house after replacing only three boards. I questioned Jesse about all of the other boards that still needed to be replaced, as they were badly split, and his response was, “Oh, those are fine.” I’m not a construction expert, but when a board is split, it doesn’t seem fine to me—there’s obvious damage to the board that will only continue to get worse.I stayed at the home for the remainder of the day to complete yard work. Again, I asked Jesse about these other boards, and he grew more annoyed and dismissive of my concerns because he needed to catch a flight, trying to leave the job as soon as possible. By the end of the day, none of the remaining boards had been replaced, nor had any of the boots.Upon further inspection, the old boots had been spray-painted to only appear as though they’d been replaced. Along with this, instead of replacing the electrical boot with a proper one, Jesse simply cut one in-half and glued it together, leaving the ridge vent crooked.After getting several second opinions and inspections from experts in the field, they all agreed that the back-half of the roof’s wood should have been replaced—the same area that I repeatedly pointed out to Jesse.I expressed these concerns to Corey Burell, the owner of Burell Built Exteriors, and he admitted that they didn’t do a drip-edge. At first, he insisted the boots were replaced and denied that his employee ever spray-painted anything. Corey later retracted his statement after I sent him photos for evidence. Upon his retraction, he then offered up an excuse as to why Jesse had to spray paint the boots, proving complete dishonesty within his company on every level.The owner also told me I was being tedious about wanting the ridge vent straight. There are now three different areas of the job that Corey has admitted weren’t done properly or weren’t done at all. As for the wood being replaced for the split boards, he told me that was a judgement call. I told him that I wanted the remaining boards replaced and the other issues fixed but have yet to hear back after weeks of waiting and calling.This company lacks integrity and has no respect for their customers’ time and money. They’ve completely disregarded the safety of my family, as they were willing to walk away and cover up an obvious threat to the structural integrity of my home. Purchasing this house was supposed to begin a new, exciting chapter of my life, and Burell Built Exteriors & Roofing Company, LLC has turned it into nothing but a financial headache and an even bigger mess to clean up. Please, do not use this company. Find someone who actually takes pride in their work and lives out what they advertise to the public. Unfortunately, Corey Burell is not that kind of business owner.

I recently used this company to add on a patio to our new home. Nathan handled my project. He cane out quick for the quote and they started shortly after I accepted the contract. I got 5 quotes and they came in in the top 2 prices. I decided to go with them based off online reviews. The communication with Nathan was great. He was quick to reply and got back to me with answers every day. The project finished on time and on budget. Overall I was very happy with the work, price, and communication. I would use them again for another project.

I hired Burell Built Exteriors to replace the roof on my business after a storm peeled back the roof that was only 2 years old and had been installed poorly. The insurance company had an appraiser came out and they issued my a check to just patch the roof. Brandon fought on my behalf to get the insurance company to replace the roof even to the point of getting an outside engineer to come out and show why the roof had to be completely replaced and not just patched and hoping it would not leak again. Brandon had a Duro Last roofing membrane ordered to fit my roof, they removed the old roof and installed to new one in just 2 days. Very professional job, neat, clean and I highly recommend Burell Built Exteriors

The work was done quickly and well and Nathan made all the necessary contacts and I didn't have to do anything. The new roof is very nice and they had to tear off a lot of old stuff. All the waste was completely removed. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Burell Built to anyone.

I love this company now. The subcontractor they sent to take out my leaking skylight and replace it with a new one was so nice and did such a fantastic job. They were also one of the only companies that were able to get my job in BEFORE we had a massive rain coming that weekend. Their customer service was easy to work with and they even gave me some tips to help keep the room underneath the skylight clean while they were working on it.
