We worked wth Matt Taylor with Arcus and were extremely pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service. He answered questions completely, responded to calls, texts and emails in a timely manner, never over 24 hours and usually within a 60 min or less window. He helped with product selection for the renovation allowing us to make choices that met our budget restrictions in a positive manner. We were updated frequently and most of the time daily regarding progress and plans for the restoration. The restoration looks amazing. We could not be more pleased and would recommend Matt and Arcus to anyone needing restoration assistance.

They did great work but unfortunately they were very messy and left materials that weren’t used around our apartment after the job was done. They also used my personal swifter and our kitchen broom to clean up after themselves. I could also see my boom box speaker was used as well when I found it was moved several times and the volume knob was always messed with when I came home. I personally feel that better supervision needs to take place.

From start to finish, everyone at Arcus was professional and courteous - they handled water mitigation after water leaked into my kitchen ceiling from the above laundry room, and once all of that was dried out, they sent out a project manager (Matt) whom scoped out the needed repairs and scheduled out one of their sub-contractors to do the work. When our 2nd floor hot water heater leaked into our garage ceiling Arcus was called in to do the restoration. The work was done quickly, professionally, and without a single “bump in the road” to recovery. The communication with Matt from Arcus on every detail was reassuring to my wife and I that everything would be done right and without worry. The contractors were on time and professional. After the stress of waking up to see water leaking thru our garage ceiling and pieces of the ceiling coming down it was a great relief to see a quick response and everything resolved quickly. We were in the process of picking out new floors for the house when our home took storm damage. This was told to Arcus on multiple occasions, so they would know they might not be doing the carpet portion of the repair. Nothing was ever said about this being a problem until I tried to schedule them to put the nursery back together. That is when I was told unless they get to do the whole room they wouldn’t do any of it. For over a month I thought I had a contractor picked out but now must start from square one.

These guys were great! A burst pipe left us with a great big mess. They arrived within a couple of hours and went right to work.
