So glad I chose JLJ construction. I spoke with the owner John and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had them to install a new roof, gutters, front porch railing, and a 6ft privacy fence and gate. The communication was phenomenal, as he made sure I knew every thing that was happening or about to happen in the process as well as any changes in pricing. I had 3 other companies to give me quote on each project and no one could beat his price! I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing any home project.

I got a gorgeous roof and interior repairs all paid for by John's efforts with my insurance company. I used them for a previous roof installation on my pool house and I'm very happy that I called them for my house's roof. It took many months and multiple denials from my carrier but finally JLJ Construction Services was able to get a full roof replacement.I recommend this comp for any Construction project. John is amazing and I will be using him for more projects.

JLJ is my go to for quality work and excellent value. My first experience with them was a few minor inexpensive repairs I needed done for real estate closing and needed pronto. They jumped right on it! After that I hired them to build decks for me on another real estate project and they came way out of their way to help me. Not only is he proficient in the latest building codes and standards but also very skilled at working with insurance companies. He expertly and professionally advocated for me/my home during the repair process, which was a blessing because he caught things that were missed/incorrectly reported by the adjuster and ensured the repairs were complete and correct! He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND, spending so much time on my behalf on the phone, emailing, getting insurance requested pics/info-i have never had a contractor work so hard! (and with such positivity!) His crews are AMAZING! They were on-time, professional, efficient, hard-working, and very skilled! I have contracted John on other projects, and you can't beat the quality craftsmanship and extremely reasonable prices! I contacted John due to some damage to my roof. After his initial inspection, he alerted me that the damage would probably be covered by insurance. This saved me A TON of money. John was very easy to work with and replaced the roof quickly and at a high quality. Additionally, his company does a lot more than just roofs. He was also able to help me with some work on the interior. I would 100% recommend working with John in the future.

JLC just completed putting a new roof on my house. The roof looks really good. The men that work for him are very hard workers. I am a widow and John was very patient with me. I can be wishy washy at times. I would recommend him for any roof jobs. His company also cut down some trees for me. The price for the roof and also the price forcutting the trees down was very affordable.

Our roof sustained wind damage during the last storm that came through the area.After speaking with Mr. John Johnson, I knew right away that JLJConstruction was the service company I wanted to do the repair work. Mr. Johnson was thorough in assessing the damages, complete with photos, and recognized other issues that could cause damages if not addressed in a timely manner. We confirmed the proposed work to be completed, and today Mr. Johnson had two employees out to do the repairs. These two workmen were very cordial and thorough, and had the work done before todays storm set in. One of the men, Francis, explained to me what was done and,before he left, thanked me for the opportunity to be of service.Impressed? I definitely was! Will I call Mr. Johnson again for repair work? Absolutely!

Outstanding work! We have had this great company do several jobs for us and will definitely call them out again! They poured a sidewalk, back patio, and car port and all are draining perfectly. Very pleased and affordable compared to larger companies. They also came out and painted the interior and exterior of another house we own along with repairing outside dormer window area. They were rotted badly and they not only matched the rest of the house siding but upgraded it so it will last much longer. My wife and I have done most of the work on our two homes due to cost, availability, and quality, but we finally found someone we can trust! Now we have more time to enjoy our retirement and no worries of hurting ourselves or aching muscles. Thank You JLJ. Your AWESOME!

My husband and I were thrilled with the work that John and the JLJ crew did for us. Not only were they the lowest bid, but they even made suggestions for improving the project plan so that the materials would go further, so we got more for our money than we thought we were going to! Also, for what it's worth - they made a huge mess haha...BUT it was cleaned SPOTLESS by the time the crew left on the last day. Could not be more pleased.
