I had such a fantastic experience with Kolas installers! John and Won were amazing—they took great care to ensure the aesthetics of my home remained intact. Plus, they went above and beyond by adding extra insulation to my attic, ensuring that my room above the garage stays cozy. It's surprising that a new construction home lacked proper insulation, but they fixed that flaw flawlessly.Jared, the owner, also made an appearance to oversee the job, providing an extra layer of reassurance that I made the right choice with this company. And to top it off, they even used a shop vac to clean up my garage and driveway—talk about attention to detail!I can't recommend Kolas enough. Excellent service. My barn was a little unique as it had newly cut vertical oak boards. The crew did an excellent job of making sure the foam insulation did not bleed through the cracks of the seasoning wood. Great job guys!

The Koala employees that installed solar fans in my attic today were puntcual, friendly and explained everything in details. They also took before and after photos to share with me. The entire experience was fantastic. There was a quick turnaround getting someone out for an estimate and scheduling work. All staff were kind and professional. The crew on the day of work were onsite early and completed the work quickly. They even cleaned up behind themselves. Very happy with the work!

Jon and his partner did an excellent job removing and replacing some insulation in the attic. They were very respectful and made sure everything got cleaned up and that we were satisfied. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We were having some drywall/tape issues and we thought it may have been because of a lack of insulation. I called them and they made me an appointment with James Glenn. Their communication was excellent and when James got here he was knowledgeable, trustworthy and I found him easy to talk to. He did an inspection and found that what we thought wasn't the issue. He didn't try to sell me something that wasn't going to add value to our home or give us something we didn't need, that is trustworthy! He explained the area wasn't in need of that and was able to advise me to contact a contractor to check why this might be happening. I found the time spent with James was beneficial and should I ever need insulation or any of the other services he shared with me (like encapsulation) they will be my first call. Well done Koala Insulation! If all your employees are like James, I see why you have a 5 star rating. Thank you.

Koala Insulation is the real deal! After lots of personal research about which insulation company to use, I landed on Koala, and they exceeded my already high expectations. After a free in-home evaluation, I ended up having them put in spray foam, as well as two solar attic fans and covers for both the door and hatch to our attic (which I didn't even know was a thing but discovered that was also killing our energy bill!). I cannot speak to how doing so will affect our monthly bills, but I'm excited for the tax credit we'll receive next year and I'm so thankful we did this before the weather got too extreme in either direction. Finally, but perhaps most importantly, I cannot speak highly enough about all the individuals that took care of me through this process, from the first person I spoke with on the phone to the two professionals who completed the installation. They truly treated me like family and like it was their home (such as asking if I'd like their shoes on or off and then bringing in a vacuum, broom and pan to clean up everything before they left). Those are the small details that truly make a difference in my opinion. I wish this company did more than just insulation because I haven't experienced this level of service and compassion from a company in a long time! :)

It’s rare to find true five star business these days, especially ones that appear corporate from first glance but Koala Insulation is exactly the type of business i like to work with. They showed up on time to give a quote, walked me through all my options and pricing differences, and scheduled the install for rock/mineral wool batt insulation for the very next day. They removed all the existing insulation which was covered in raccoon droppings and installed the new stuff beautifully. I will probably never need to get insulation installed again since they did such a good job but if i did, i would contact Koala again.

We called Koala and worked with Jared for an issue with our window insulation. They truly went above and beyond to help us when they didn’t have to. They don’t provide this service but spent hours on site with us and tracking down a reputable vendor who COULD fix our problem knowing they weren’t being paid for this. I can’t wait to use them however I can in the future because of this goodwill type of customer service. Thank you Jared!

In a world where it’s hard to find people that are happy to go above and beyond to help you, it was so refreshing to get that with every aspect of dealing with this company. I originally called them based on the great reviews and I’m so glad I did. We were having issues with our heat and air unit upstairs starting to have problems due to our house not being properly insulated. Chris, our sales rep, was very professional and recommended an affordable option for us and it didn’t feel like he was recommending options that didn’t make sense. Jackson, the guy who did the insulation install, was very professional and even showed up earlier than originally expected, which is rare when you have a time frame to expect someone. He showed me before and after pictures and even cleaned up after himself. We have a dog and she didn’t even freak out because their equipment was so quiet. I could already tell a difference in the temperature of our house being much cooler as they were doing the job and an even bigger difference after it was completed. They texted me when they were in route and arrived on time every time. I can not recommend this company enough. The easiest, fastest, most convenient experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and call them. You won’t regret it.
