I don’t even know where to start. We had a pretty good size hidden leak in our kitchen that ruined cabinets, floors and the works. From the get go I was told to give restoration pros a call. Michael came out and helped get everything worked out with insurance. From then on everyone that came to work on our house was amazing from their employees to their contractors! Throughout the whole process of demo to rebuild Michael stayed in touch with us and kept us up to date on everything! The ladies that came and packed out our house were super nice and took extremely good care of our belongings. We are now back in our house and everything is 1000 times better than it was before like nothing ever happened. Thank you Michael Danny David and the rest of the crew who turned out nightmare into an amazing kitchen and house! This company is the absolute best there is! We had a pipe burst in our ceiling at our office. The water ran all weekend. Danny and his crew were there within an hour.Jennifer kept us updated every step of the way. She made this process so easy on us! While they were doing the clean up they discovered some standing water and mold behind a wall. Thank goodness for their attention to detail because that could have been bad if they hadn't discovered it. They were able to restore so many of our things. They really went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful for keeping us and our team safe!

This company is absolutely amazing from top to bottom of their organization! Danny Strickland and his team are a family owned and operated business that puts God and their customers first and treats you like family from day one! They do everything by God's grace and you can tell with the heart and soul they put into their work! We recently had a pipe burst in our State Farm agency last December over the weekend. We can in Monday to half of our office flooded. We were all in a panic until we called Danny and his team. They were to my office in mins and helped us stop the leak and then they started their magic. They cleaned up the mess which included half of our drop ceiling tiles that were turned into mush. They quickly and efficiently saved everything they could and took pictures of every item they removed for our office and documented it so it was easy come claims time. They replaced everything for us including putting new pipes in, vents, framework, drywall, toilets, vanities, and flooring. They went over and above to take care of us and made us feel like family. Jennifer Talent was and all-star and was in contact with us every day to let us know the process and she was only a phone call away when we had any questions. They saved us countless hours because of how efficient they are in their process. They are also a blessing to Monroe County which is our tiny little piece of heaven. After major water leak in and under our home, Restoration Pro came to our rescue. The entire staff was extremely professional and did everything to keep us as stress- free as possible in an extremely stressful situation. They not only did all the demo, remodeling, restoring, packing and unpacking, they dealt with our insurance agent, found us a great cabin rental that allowed our dogs, moved my two large fish tanks and even topped off the mulch in my flowerbeds when they were through! RestorationsPro owner, Danny Stricklan; sales rep, Ron Hess; Associate, David Atkins, and site manager Jennifer Jones Tallent made the “nightmare” of my home’s REBUILD a “dream” in comparison. Although it was distracting on some days to have workers in and out of my home every day for weeks (after finding I had damage from a leak inside a wall which went undiscovered) this company’s team made it far less traumatic by their “hands on” approach. They, and their co-workers, were respectful, reliable and responsible while moving my belongings out prior to, and after, repairs were done.Not only were the laborers there, but I also had the “upper echelon” people there several times as work progressed. I was treated as I suspect they would treat their own families. I had spent the last two years contracting the building of our new home and had only lived in the home for a few weeks when disaster struck. Jennifer promised me I wouldn’t have to do anything and she surely delivered on that promise. Everything is good as new and Jennifer was an excellent project coordinator who was available at all times. If I could give her 10 stars I would because my pigs got out of their lot while I was at work and she was at my house. She called me, I came and she helped me herd the pigs for an hour to make sure they didn’t run off! You can’t get that type of service just anywhere!

Restorations Pro is highly recommended from me. From the very beginning of our claim they were there every step of the way. They helped up understand what each part of the claim was going to contain and helped us through the stress of losing our home for awhile. During the process though, they reassured us by communicating as often as possible and kept us in the loop at all times on even the smallest details. Their craftsmanship with our 121 year old house was a challenge for them but they put a modern spin on it and make it look brand new! Would 100% recommend restoration pro to anyone that has been affected from water damage inside their home. We had a split unit air conditioner behind a wall that was flooding the laundry room without us knowing right away. It damaged the walls and seeped underneath the house without us knowing. Gave them a call and a soon as we replaced our split unit out of the house, they showed up the next day to start the process on the water damaged areas. They were professional and very responsive on coming out or calling me back when we had questions. If there is anything more powerful than water, God kept it a secret. My water heater EXPLODED, not leaked but exploded. The water damage was horrible, RestorationPro came out and a miracle occurred. I had a trip planned for two weeks and was promised that the restoration would be complete when I got home. I saw NO WAY that it could be done. They were true to their word inside but there was some outside damage that we found later. They got that taken care of. Everything looks like new.
