Dustin and his crew showed up on a Saturday to cover leaks our framers had left. He even pointed out a mold problem that we were not aware of. He came back out to put a metal roof on a few days later. They worked quick and the roof looks amazing. It’s been a couple months and no leaks or problems. Not only did he help with our roofing issues. He serviced three of our neighbors homes for gutter damage. I contacted R&D to look at roof damage. I was called back the very same day and they made appt for just 2 days later. I received confirmation email and a reminder on the day of appt. They were right on time. I am so pleased and happy with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, very polite and did an outstanding job. Agreed to come replace this part that was pieced together with one solid sheet. After several attempts to contact Dustin I was promised his crew would be at my home on Wed no later than 9 am. They were a no show and also never gave me a courtesy call to explain why. It’s a shame because other than this they did a good job. In my opinion this is not a good way to do business and therefore I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Came out to provide an estimate, committed to the job and day the work would happen, then disappeared. Would not return calls or text messages. Spent a week trying to contact this company, even visited the office. Had to have the work done by another contractor and still have never heard a word from this one.

R&D Roofing installed the roof on our house when it was built. Shingles have come off almost every year but they have been responsive in the past and repaired our roof. This year we had larger damage. Unfortunately, they have become very unresponsive and unreliable. I attempted to reach them multiple times via both calls and texts. I left messages asking them to tell me if they wanted to finish the repairs. I got a few responses indicating they would be following up or be here but they never did either. They didn't respect me enough to give me an honest answer. They installed a roof that has needed repeated repairs and they don't appear to want to repair it anymore. This has been a very frustrating experience.

We contacted Dustin Lee at R & D Roofing to take a look at our roof as it was leaking in two places. Dustin came out quickly, was thorough and honest in his assessment, and we decided to replace the roof on our home due to the number of issues (which he photographed and explained). He and his team were really nice, definitely knew what they were doing, were very professional, worked late into the evening and still had a great attitude! They did a beautiful job, were reasonably priced, and followed up to see that we were happy! I would HIGHLY recommend Dustin and team, and would definitely use them again if needed (and will recommend them to people I know)! Dustin is very friendly. He came out and we discussed the job. It was a minor repair and he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. ( I had a torn shingle and a small leak where the hot water vent came through the roof.). He had the repairs done promptly in very hot weather and followed up after to make sure I was happy. Quality work and fair price. You just don't find businesses that focus on customers anymore and this seems to be one. A family business with friendly people that are willing to answer any questions you have. There were on time when they said they would be. Cleaned up everything and even trimmed some branches that was hanging over a small back part of the house and took them with them. My home had two shingle roofs and needed both torn off and repair any damage decking . R&D Roofing removed all shingles from the entire roof and replaced any of my damaged deck boards in less than a half day then installed a complete new roof the second half of the day using only the best materials Plus did an excellent clean up job !
