I seem to be one of the few to have a negative experience at Watson Metals. I went to pick up some pieces after we called to see if they were ready. We were told yes. After paying, I’m asked what vehicle I’m in and he says I’ll bring it out to you. After about 15 mins I see him looking around outside (we ordered over a week ago and it probably got put somewhere I’m thinking), but after 40 mins I decide to walk in and see what’s going on. I’m then told my order was never made. Although we provided a sample, the warehouse didn’t make it for some reason and the office was under the impression it was completed.Instead of telling me, “Sorry, we never made your order you may have to wait a while.” I got to sit there waiting until I was ready to ask for a refund. I would have gotten a refund if it wasn’t for free delivery.Edit: Our "free delivery" of what we ordered was 2 ft shorter than we requested from the beginning. Had to return to Watson Metals and repeat the process.

We doubled our order last minute and early morning they fixed us right up with my questions and saved our day!!!! Lady at the front desk is wonderful.We also got free pens, drinks, and offered donuts. Five stars love Watsons metals. We order from them and transport out of town because they are the best.

Got metal shingle roof from here. Upon completion of the job we returned the unused supplies. Watson allowed someone to take our returns without paying for them and us with no refund. We find this to be very poor business practice.

We ordered some angled aluminum. It was not cut into the specified lengths when we went back. We asked if they could cut them for us now. Jesse was very accommodating. It took him a little more than 5 minutes to complete the job. Jesse was very pleasant, had a smile on his face and very helpful.

Hired these guys to put a new metal roof on my house. Very large project and this bunch is the best price around. Took less than 2 days for complete removal of shingles and install of metal. The finished product looks great and they did a great job of cleaning up after. Highly recommended.

Dont buy from them. They dont honor their word and promise items that never come. DONT ever deal with CHAD, since everyone there tells me not to ....now I see why. You can buy better materials for cheaper elsewhere.

Terrible products, paints chips scratches looking at it, Terrible quality material, unorganized, and even worse people who install it, people should really be onsite when their stuff is being delivered and definitely installed, youre not getting the job you are looking for
