Roofing materials arrived 1st thing as Kenneth had told me the day before. Workers were also right on time to begin and pushed through until last light to ensure my entire roof(house and garage) were completely installed because of a threat of rain the following morning.New roof looks amazing! They came back a few days later after the rain moved out and pressure washed my entire driveway, sidewalks and privacy fence.Kenneth was beyond fair in his pricing and promptness! I was surprised, first told it might take three days from start to finish. Had a medal roof and was not happy with it due to ever 3 to 5 years having to re-screw it down. From the time they started and to finish was 19 hours! We were most impressed of the work and politeness of the workers. I had 4 estimates done and his was the best for the time frame and material and the work that was needed. If I ever needed another roof I know who to call and will tell everyone that I talk to who needs a new roof or any roof work done.

Due to work volume and ongoing weather issues the work at my location had to be postponed for longer than anticipated. During that time, the owner, KB, kept me informed of the expected start date, as well as the completion date. In addition, he worked closely with my insurance company to insure the scope of the work was covered and there were no nasty surprises at the end. His crew was highly skilled and each knew his role and fulfilled it in an exemplary manner. They were extremely respectful of me and my property at all times. Alex, the project manager, was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He addressed any and and all concerns I had in a timely and professional manner. I have dealt with many crews in the past but have never had a crew that cleaned up the jobsite as well as they did. Other than having a new roof, it was a challenge to tell they had ever been here. If anyone wants a job well done I highly recommend this company.

KB was fantastic to work with to get my house cleaned and ready to sell. He worked with us to schedule the cleaning when it would work for both of us and gave us an estimate the same day we called. He kept us informed throughout the process and made sure to check with us before performing any services we hadn’t previously discussed like when it turned out the roof needed extra cleaning due to the pine needles. He sent us before and after pictures since we couldn’t be there in person, and the house looked brand new when he was done. Would definitely recommend for any pressure washing needs

Our 35 year old vinyl looks new!! Even cleaned the doors and storm doors! Landscaping was well protected. Didn’t realize the house looked so bad until he got through. I needed a roof put on due to damage from high winds from a tornado. I found out about this company from friends and family. The owner worked with my schedule to give me a estimate and we agreed on the price. His crew worked very hard to complete my roof in one day due to rain the next day. After seeing the great job they did I also asked about getting my house cleaned. I couldn't ask for better. My house looks great. The price was very good.

I wanted to surprise my aunt by getting her home pressure washed. I came across American Roofing Softwash through a recommendation. I contacted them and KB, the owner, explained his services and experience in the business. He went to my aunt's house to take a look and then called me with an estimate which was in the ball park of what I expected. We scheduled a day and time for the job. After the job was done, my aunt said the house looked like it had new siding put on. They also cleaned the porches attached to the house as well. My aunt said she had to hold back the tears because she was so happy with the work that was done. ARS is a professional, quality and trustworthy company. They have earned my future business.
