Several months ago we lost our normal person who sprayed for us, loved her and miss her 😔 We recently got a new technician, Jacqueline, she is the best! I would not recommend getting gutters from them....our experience was a disaster. They get your money then ignore you. Now looking for someone to fix their poor job.

Still seeing mice in house after technician has been out twice this quarter. Had new automatic vents put in about 3 years ago. Service came out and replaced a couple of the new vents that mice have eaten holes in. So far this fall and coming winter, they have eaten holes in more of the new vents. They need to use a heavier gauge wire in them, so we wouldn't be having all these problems with the mice!!!!!

Very kind and professional people. I had to reschedule a couple times and didn’t have any problem. They also have a very affordable plan where they come out every 3 months and spray. I also had a termite inspection done same day and while they were very high on that, it gave us a starting point to compare other offers and ended up doing a do it yourself solution for a lot less.

Servall was recommended to me by a friend. I needed gutters for my home and shop outbuilding. The quality of the work was great. Technicians cleaned up after the job and the gutters looked great. Easy to work with, signage is small and might be hard to spot from the highway but, well worth the effort.

Just bought my home and had pest control come out and sprayed for termites. Upon spraying they discover an issue with the main house beam and side runners. I was horrified thinking of the cost but to my surprise the cost was very reasonable. The staff is very pleasant and Wade did work out a payment plan. Love them and plan on using them for additional projects in the future. Thank you Serval for making a horrible experience better... you are the best!

I had a terrible flea problem and servall had me taken care of within a week after I had tried to take care of the problem myself for a week or two before. Only one visit had it under control , and before that, I could barely walk to my car without being covered. I was so surprised. Now I’m on a regular schedule just for up-keep, and Michelle was so great! I love that I will be dealing with the same person for my quarterly visits!

Unqualified people They come by with a small bag of bake that does not anything. They don't check to see where rodents can be coming in around your home they do nothing trifling never minever whatever recommend them they are horrible.Service: Rodent extermination

I'm renting a house in Hickman,Ky. Servall was here four times for a cockroaches infestation. They have not gotten rid of the problem. They must be spraying water.Service: Cockroach extermination

I don't think I have ever seen alive bugs in our house since we have been having Survall spray. We have occasionally had to have them come earlier than their regular quarterly visit because the changing seasons made bugs come in before they got back, or our pet dog brought in flea's so they come as soon as possible to kill the teeth using pests & keep us comfortable. I promise I really don't know if I have ever seen even a spider alive in the house. No critters live when Survall has your back. Best money ever spent and I'm a certified Entomophobiac.
