It was very refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work! We hired them a year ago to repair the flashing around a roof ventilation unit. The original repairman was young, nice and completed the job fairly quickly. Fast forward 11 months, and I noticed stains on two of the ceiling tiles showing that the leak was back. I called two days ago, they returned my call, and had an extremely professional technician come out today to repair the roof a second time. He spent 2-3 hours up there, and then showed me 10+ pictures afterwards of each step of the repair. I had requested they send someone to do it right... and they DID! Will definitely use them for all off our future needs... both business and personal, while recommending them to our guests and friends. Honesty and Integrity are getting harder and harder to find...

Brian and his team do amazing work backed by rare integrity so often lacking in the construction industry. They will 100% do what they say they are going do, without question, even if it costs them money. The workers were at our house well before their scheduled time and the work was completed in one day. I picked All Dry Roofing Inc. from a friend who contracted with them and had a good experience. They were great. I called them on Christmas eve and they offered to come out an tarp the roof that day. The leak was small and I had already placed a bucket in the attic so I didn't need them to come out on Christmas eve. The fact that they offered to come was amazing in itself. They made an appointment for Monday12-28-2020 and were on time but my roof still had snow on it preventing evaluation that day. Brian Smith came out again the next day after the snow had melted, assessed the problem (roof leak), found what was causing it and repaired it really quickly. Awesome service. I definitely recommend them and will call them again if/when needed.Service: Roof repair

I called All Dry for a new roof/gutters. They were the 3rd quote I received and the best and I was able to get my new roof within a week of the initial estimate. They completed the roof and gutters by 6pm in one day. There were some plants damaged by falling debris and the foreman brought me 3 new plants from Home Depot with an hour of completing the job. Great service all around. Talked to several of the workers and everyone was very friendly. They shared a big lunch under a shade tree out front and were just generally nice guys! Thanks so much for the great roof and fantastic gutters!!!!

Considering my own line of work, I try to be as patient and understanding as I possibly can be, but this company left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had several roofing repairs that needed to be done. So far, I will give some credit where credit is due. Several of the fixes have held so far. However, the biggest problem and the one I initially called for is still not fixed. After making multiple attempts to fix it, the roof still leaks even in light rain. I initially was not going to pay them, at least not in full, until they got it right. Finally, on the 3rd or 4th attempt they seemed to have got it right (testing with a hose). So, I paid them. That was a mistake. Several days later, it rained and the roof was leaking as bad as ever. As such, they can't seem to get the job done. What is just as concerning, though, is how nobody wants to take any responsibility. It seems this stems from the owner himself, who apparently can't take the time to personally speak to you and whose own employees were more than willing to throw him under the bus on the phone. Other of his lackeys just kind of gave me the run around. I think my absolute favorite thing, though, is when the owner's foreman basically threw a bunch of his roofers under the bus. He spoke about them as if they were employees of another company until I reminded him that he was speaking about his own people and his own company. Then he made some vague statement about firing them, but considering, I saw at least one of them on a follow up attempt, clearly that didn't mean much, and in any case, that would have been a little hypocritical given his own failed attempt. Perhaps others have had better luck with this company, but I certainly would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. I have also learned a valuable lesson from this experience; in the future, I will certainly have a better vetting process when using any type of contractor. Though I realize the inconsistency of what I am about to say in light of this lengthy review, going by online reviews is simply not enough, which is something I should have known to begin with. If nothing else, I can at least take that lesson from this experience. I just wish it had not have been such an expensive lesson.

After many days of calling during business hours and leaving multiple voicemails (nobody to pick up the phone) that went unanswered (nobody to returns calls) I finally got a hold of a lady whom I made an appointment with, for the following week to get an estimate. They never showed up nor called to cancel, so I called them and they confirmed that they had my phone number (they could have called me to cancel). Anyways they made a new appointment for the following day, and again they did not show up, and this time they only called me 45 minutes after the appointment time, to cancel. These people obviously don't take their clients seriously, and I wouldn't wanna risk entering into a service contract worth many thousands of dollars with a company like this. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had a small garage that needed new shingles installed on. My brother began the search for a roofing company or individual roofer that would take the job. After getting ridiculous prices and no shows from several companies I called All Dry roofing. This company was straight up in their response and pricing the job. Not only did they do the job for a fair price they showed up when they said they would and did the job professionally, cleaned up and were gone. Based on my experience with this company I would recommend them to anyone.

Things they do well. Keeping in contact, text and email alerts to remind of appointment, friendly receptionist, on time for appointment. Things they do not do well, giving me an estimate of 12k for a 500 sq ft flat roof. My father who is a general contractor said that they gave me the "F*** you I don't want to do your job" price. Disappointing.
