We would like to thank C&L for the building of our new home. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and under budget!! I don’t think you could ask for more!! We especially appreciated Laura, Spencer and Phil for their great customer service during the building process. Laura is great customer coordinator. She was patient and caring. She kept us on track with making the choices for our home and if an issue arose she was calm and helped us with problem solving. She was always conscience of our budget and our tastes and help us get the best house we could for our money. Spencer kept the construction on track and ensured that we received high quality workmanship in our home. He addressed our concerns and pointed out issues before they became costly changes. Phil was responsive and kept us informed regarding budget and timelines. We had an excellent experience with C&L and we would highly recommend them for any construction project.

We can't say enough about Clendenin & Lockwood. From the first inquiry to the finish of the project, everyone was super responsive and quick to help. With such a busy schedule, we didn't have time to think about it. We gave Phil, Laura, Ryan and Spencer our vision and they made our dreams come true. Hands down recommend them 10/10 for any remodeling or new build needs!

A+. We have remodeled several homes in Birmingham. This was our first in Maryville and our best experience yet, which was unexpected as we were 250 miles away during most of the project. The C&L team was everything we look for in a contractor: thorough, timely, good communicators, excellent quality craftsmanship, great problem-solvers and on budget!
