Words alone can't express how lucky and blessed my wife and I were with finding and choosing Debuty Builders, Inc. as our exclusive new construction home builder. We met with various builders and once we connected with Adam and his team, we knew something special was brewing on what our vision was and how they could accomplish it for us. It was a pleasure working with their entire team throughout the build. The entire team provided us with weekly updates and were readily available whenever we needed to discuss how the build was proceeding and/or if we needed to make any modifications. You can definitely tell this team was always in sync with each other. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was on point to our high expectation. I don't plan on building another home anytime soon but if I did, I know who I'm calling. 😎I would highly recommend Debuty Builders, Inc. to anyone that is looking for a reputable team that cares about their clients like family and wants a well-built home. Hired DBI to install LVP in our three bedrooms and closets. They were very, professional, and fast with our quote. The team came to install the floors the week after receiving the quote. The install team removed the old carpet, moved all of our furniture, installed the floors, cleaned up, and moved the furniture back in all in about 5 hours. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely hire DBI for our next job!

Adam and his team completed a full basement remodel for us last Winter. Having dealt with many builders and contractors over the years I had no idea what to expect. We had the project bid by a total of 4 companies. One company didn't want to put their estimate in writing, one company was 30% more expensive, and one company couldn't start on the project for approximately 4 months. Adam was very impressive from the initial consultation: he listened to our ideas, put together a plan, and we were left with a basement that turned out exactly the way we had imagined. And perhaps most importantly for anyone who has ever dealt with a construction project: it came in right on budget! Everyone on the project was so pleasant to work with and incredibly hard working. Everyone showed up like clockwork and I don't remember a single instance where there were any delays with any aspect of construction. I would give 6-stars if possible and would recommend Debuty Builders to anyone for their next home remodeling project!

Adam and his team have done a great job building our home. Him and his team are easy to work and communicate with. The quality of his team's work is excellent, and any issues or changes we had along the way were quickly addressed. Considering how busy I imagine he can be, Adam does an excellent job at making the whole experience feel like it is personalized for you. Building a home can be stressful (especially if it is your first time like in our case), but he made the whole experience simple and took the time to answer and explain the many questions we had along the way. Adam and his team are honest people that will build you a high quality home at a fair price, and in the end provide you with a home that you will be proud to call your own. We couldn't have gone with a better team!

I was a worker for this company. I said to the boss that I had a problem with working with a 17 year old kid he immediately told me to pack up my stuff and leave. when trying to make arrangement for my pay they told me they WHERE NOT going to deposit anything in my account. THIS ADD ON IS BECAUSE THE COMMENT BELOW IS FALSE I NEVER MADE DEMANDS LET ALONE ASKED A 17 YEAR OLD TO DRIVE ME ANYWHERE NOR DID I ASK THE COMPANY FOR MONEY AND ONE OF THOSE DAYS WAS RAINED OUT AND THE OTHER DAY WAS CALLED OFF DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY FOR THE COMPANY DO NOT USE LIES AND TACTICS TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD. IF YOU NEED PROOF I HAVE THE TEXT MESSAGES STILL.

After having a roof replacement several years ago the workmanship and quality of the job started showing and I contacted Debuty Builders for a second opinion. Adam came out and inspected the issues and repaired the weather damage quickly and reasonably. When the roof started having issues elsewhere it was time to replace and Debuty Builders came out and assisted us with an insurance company that would only pay for half of the job that their contracted completed.Adam and his crew had the supplies delivered and installed as promised, on time, and a better quality material! What a great company to work with and when we are in need in the future Debuty Builders is our first call! I continue to refer them to family and friends with complete confidence!

After being extremely disappointed with customer service from other contractors in Maryville that do Kitchen remodeling I happened upon Debuty Builders Inc. I sent an email asking if they could help us with a kitchen remodel, within an hour I had a response and an appointment for the next day. We sat down with Robby Waters and picked out a beautiful kitchen. That afternoon Robby had sent us a diagram and the next day he sent us the price estimate. The following day our cabinets are on order at HALF the price of the other two estimates I received from local contractors. I cannot tell you how refreshing this experience was after feeling extreme frustration with other contractors and their lack of customer service and getting back with us! Robby is an amazing representative for Debuty Builders, and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything. I had Debuty install a roof at my house. After time the screws started coming loose on the metal roof. I contacted Adam Debuty and after many e-mail exchanges , he agreed to fix the issue , which was that they had installed screws that were too small to hold the roof down. It has now been over a year since I contacted him and they still have not fixed my issue. I would highly recommend you look for a business that you can trust to do your work.

They do not build as you request. Delays and avoidance is what this builder does. They do not want to correct their mistakes. Find another builder as they cannot even build a simple garage.
