They did job 1st time. Now leak is back and now waiting on an estimate for them to redo my leak. Owners real busy not prompt in returning calls. Called office several times for a response. 1st time service was better in communication but not now in re-doing the roof

I had a roof ridge vent break free from wind in the morning. Rain was imminent in 18 hours. Heartland Roofing took my call, said they could help me and they said they would have someone here by the end of the day to replace the vent. Heartland worker showed up by the end of the day (as promised) and replaced the sections of ridge vent. Installation was excellent. Worker was professional, courteous and informative. Nathan did a roof estimate on a house that I am selling. When he left the house, he left the main door of the house standing wide-open and the keys laying out on the table. When I confronted him about it, his answer was "Sorry, nobody is perfect." I appreciate that he admitted it, but he was entrusted with the safety and security of our house - and he was careless. Not someone that I would want doing a job for me!

I've never written a Google Review before but have to for Heartland Roofing! We could not be more pleased from our experience with this company. When we initially reached out to them they came out the next day and gave a competitive estimate for replacing the roof. They were the only company that offered to help us work with insurance due to hail + wind damage. It ended up being a long process to get insurance to cover it, but they walked us through every step of the way, even coming to the house with only 5 minutes notice to meet with the appraisers. They did a thorough job cleaning up after work every day and made sure we were pleased with the final result. I had a leak coming through a valley section of roof and along chimney flashing. I called Heartland Roofing and they responded very quickly and gave an estimate. Also, any message I sent before work was done was answered quickly. We decided to go with this company and are pleased with their work.
