Nearly a year ago we had a great deal of wind damage. We spent far too much money getting several patches done by a sub-contractor, in order to avoid water damage in case of rain. Our insurance company finally agreed to a total roof replacement. We did get several estimates. K&L was replacing a roof near by. My spouse stopped and asked for an estimate. They came by the next day, and the rest is history. The work was completed within a few weeks. They do there own work. They do not sub-contract, and best of all they are local. Not just a phone #, but an actual physical address. Tear off and replacement was completed in a day and a half. Clean-up was above expected. Communication was never a problem. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

K&L Roofing was my choice after three estimates. The major factor in choice was the conversation with Stephen. He came prepared, explained procedure was willing to stay and answer any questions. The crew showed up on time on the designated day and worked hard all day right up to the cleaning up of any trash and nails. Job was done to my satisfaction in one day! I did have a concern weeks later when I could hear rain drops inside the fireplace during a heavy rain. I called and left a message. Stephen himself came out immediately and.inspected. He made a repair to the chimney cap area which had nothing to do with the roof replacement. He did not charge me for that repair which was not within the scope of his contract. I highly recommend K&L Roofing for your roofing needs.

I have had a few roofs replaced in my time, but K&L Roofing has been far more than a cut above the rest. The workers knew exactly what to do and did it to perfection. Even the workers going around my house and cleaning up, they all took pride in what they were doing, even sweeping my yard with a magnet to assure there were no nails. This is the place you want to reroof your home. Oh, and by the way, they had the best price and were prompt and done in one day. Great Job!

I highly recommend K&L Roofing! The owner, Steven Sullivan, is awesome! He is knowledgeable, patient, thoroughly explains problem/solution and try’s hard to do a great job.I have a newer roof that is failing from the wind at my location. Steven has gone above and beyond all other roofers i have had to try and correct my situation. He was on the roof with a leaf blower and tried to find every loose shingle and marked it for repair. He then corrected each problem based on the best solution. Thankfully, I did not have any flapping shingles in the last storm. Steven already told me he would come back in a couple months to do another inspection. The service provided by K&L roofing is special and rare. We had a last minute start due to potential rain that ended up blowing over. Even though the crew had a late start, they stayed until the job was done. Because of the late finish, they had someone at our home at 6:30AM rolling the yard for stray nails and debris. After the work was completed, I reached out with some questions. K&L is the only roofer I will use in the future. On March 30, 2022 we had a significant wind storm that damaged large parts of my roof. We had a local roofer do emergency repair to limit further damage to our home. Being new to this area, we did not have a lot of previous experience with local roofers. We had 4 roofing contractors evaluate our home and asked for estimates. K&L was by far the most responsive and professional company. Steven Sullivan in particular took ownership of my problem and helped guide us through the insurance claim process and the ultimate roof replacement. His insights and knowledge proved quite valuable. Our project involved replacing the roof on the house and the boat dock. In total it was about 107 square. Our roof is very steep and not easy to walk on. Further our boat dock is on the lake about 80 ft below our house with no easy access by machinery. K&L did an outstanding job on this complex job. They had a large motivated crew of about 18 roofers. They stripped and replaced the entire house and boat dock in two days! The boat dock required that the shingles be hand removed so as not to get any debris in the lake. They took great care and hand carried all of the supplies down to the dock and hand carried all of the debris up the 80 ft hill for disposal. I heard no complaints from the crew and I have never seen workers so focused and hard working (no slackers here). K&L also took ownership of some details which made my experience as a customer better. For example, they arranged for an electrician to install a new attic fan, they replaced all areas of gutter that were damaged (at no extra cost to me), and they arranged for the stucco on my dormer windows to be renewed and painted. K&L always had one of their senior people on site watching all crews (Thanks Dean!). They cleaned up my property very nicely. K&L was not the lowest bid for our project but I am so glad I chose them.
