I cannot say enough great things about Russell and his crew! I knew within minutes of meeting him that would use him for our job. He is upfront, honest, personable, and an overall great person to be around. When you welcome people into your home, these are the people you want. Russell was on site every single day and I always knew where the job stood that day, as well as when they would be back and what was left to be done. Russell came to quote me for 20 windows with his son. He was great and straight forward with pricing, Anderson wanted 3X the amount he quoted. Anderson wanted me to pay a quarter of my homes value for new windows. From the start it felt like a family owned local business experience. His wife took our down payment and kept in contact with us the entire time. Katie and Justin showed up for the install. I expected a 5 or more team of contracted out labor. These two showed up and installed the entire house. I have two kids under 3 which make installs difficult. Katie and Justin were amazing. They worked around my crazy family. They were incredibly friendly and the finished product is perfect. If I could somehow hire them both to do every home repair to our house I would. We have had a new roof installed, new deck, new garage doors and gas lines in the last 3 years. Russell’s team from start to finish has been the best. I have attached some before and after pictures.

Russell and Cari are the best. From the estimate to installation, they took care of me. They don't sub out. It is a family run local business, who will be the there when you need them. The day of the installation was perfect. Russell and Justin were there on time, got straight to work, and did a beautiful job. Russell even put up new blinds for me. Kari and Russell go the extra mile and with them you become family. You can't go wrong with Russell's!

We had Russell come out to our home to give us an estimate for siding! After meeting with him we knew Right away that he was who we were going to use for our project! We needed a team that would not only help us make the best choices, but guide us along the way to bring life back into our family home. From the moment Russell walked into our home to give us a quote, we knew he and his team would do quality work. There was a few months delay from the time we placed the order until all materials were received, but both Russell and Katie kept us informed regularly throughout the wait process. The moment the final material arrived, Russell called and headed our way to start our renovations. From day one, we were blown away at the transformation our house was taken. Day 1 was windows, and what a transformation they made! My home had the original 40 year old windows! Day 2 the siding started, and as each section got completed we stood amazed at the shape our house was taking. It was beyond expectations! When you think it cant get better, they detailed out all of the white trim work, then added the new gutters.... My home is no longer just catching our eyes, but people driving by! Yes, it is that beautiful!! We are blown away at the overall transformation. My house went from being one of the worst on my street, to the most beautiful on my street hands down! Russell, Justin, and Katie are down-to-earth good people, that wanted our house to be as beautiful as we did. They exceeded our expectations. The quality of work this company provides is outstanding! Prior to selecting Russell's to upgrade our 20 windows and 2 sliding doors, we had three different companies give us a quote. We knew during the quote process who we would be selecting. They are, by far, the most knowledgeable and professional company we met with. The quality of work Russell's does can't be matched or surpassed. His crew is very professional, trustworthy, and extremely talented craftsmen/craftswomen. Russell and his crew are great! I thought that his prices were fair and his quality of work was very professional as you can tell that he is very knowledgeable. We had him do our siding and gutters for our forever home we just built and it looks amazing. I was more pleased and impressed with his responsiveness and service. We were in a time crunch a few times due to the bank and some other sub contractors and Russell made things happen in a timely manner more than once so that we could continue on with our house. We do not have a building contractor and are subbing things out ourselves, and I can tell you that just about none of our other subs would do this for us. He was just about the easiest to get in touch with and to get to show up. He also was on site working with his crew as much as possible, which was not true for my other subs. What they did better than any other workers we had on site was clean up after themselves which is a typical problem when doing any type of construction. His crew cleaned up ALL of their scraps, tools, material, and trash as well as cigarette butts left by a different crew that was not Russell's. I could not recommend them more for anything that you might need, we are very very pleased!

I had Russell's replace my windows for a price that was 3to5 times less than other businesses. The replacement was done when expected. Professional. And friendly. This addition not only helped the aesthetics of my house, but has saved me more than half on electric bill. I am currently having gutters replaced. I hired Russel's to replace three windows on my house, repair a damaged portion of my house siding and to add three windows to, plus reside an outbuilding. Russell and his crew are polite and professional. They use quality materials and pay attention to the details as well as the big job resulting in an amazing job being done. They also cleaned as they went so at the end of each day the area stayed clean. I couldn't be happier. Not only do I recommend Russell's but I will definitely hire them again. After a big storm we had a leak in our roof. We found Russell's and contacted them. They were able to come out within a couple days. They showed up on time and were very respectful and professional. Upon inspection it was determined the boots on our roof were not sealed. Russell had the tools on hand to fix our issue and was able to complete the work the same day. We are more then satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future needs.

We had an amazing experience with Russell Windows and Siding. They replaced all 11 of the original windows in our home built in 1946. They were on time, professional and super clean. Everyone from the owner , the amazing office staff to the men that came out to do the work were nothing but professional and easy to work with. Russell was actually on the job helping. We hired Russell’s Home Remodeling LLC to replace the siding on our home. Through a very long process of getting many estimates and not being happy with either the price or the company, my wife stumbled upon Russell’s Home Remodeling. We used this company for siding, soffit, facia, etc. First let me say, we have been let down by big companies in the past. One thing I liked about RHR was that Russell was the one that came out to give the estimate. He was very personable and seemed very trustworthy. He did not disappoint. The crew, including Russell, worked 8 long days to complete a job of turning our 40 year old home into a home that looks newly built. On top of everything that was in the quote, Russell’s crew went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the outside of the house looked brand new. We have hired many different companies for many different projects, but none took as much pride in their work as this crew. We will be contacting them for any business we have in the future. Called on Friday about a roof leak around my chimney. Today they showed up for what I thought would be a estimate and a start date. Imagine my surprise when they showed up with two trucks, a four man crew and ready to rock. They gave me a estimate , which was fantastic , and had my roof repaired in two hours. They will be the first I call on all my repairs and remodeling jobs. Russell is a hands on business owner and explained what they where going to do on every step. They also identified two other areas that where going to cause problems in the near future. They took photos and explained exactly why they would turn into future leaks and we got those addressed today as well. Call them you will not be disappointed .

My house is over 50 years old and still had the original windows and doors. I spent several weeks getting quotes to replace 10 windows and 2 patio doors. I chose Russell's for a couple of reasons. Local-Russell and his family live in Blount county, take pride in their work offering a great warranty on the parts & labor as well. Russell also spent time listening to my questions and concerns, he even gave me an idea how to repair my current siding(instead of just trying to persuade me to pay him to install new siding). His crew was professional, timely and had an eye for detail. Russell himself, was onsite helping one of his men troubleshoot and install patio door handles. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, installation AND the new doors and windows look amazing! Russell was great! I was on the 4th siding company and tired of incomplete estimates & lack of Follow through communication when I remembered seeing the Black & Yellow sign in 2 yards. Best call ever! He provided lots of information upfront that I knew was honest & accurate (because I had done my homework). He quoted about 3-4 weeks out for the job which was great compared to other companies, but even better was they worked me in sooner. So1-1/2 weeks later, my freestanding shop/garage looks brand new with board/batten siding & new bigger gutters in Maryville. Russell & his crew were outstanding! Couldn’t be happier!! I had high hopes for this company given the reviews and the fact that they came out super fast to give me an estimate. However, after that, they have not responded to my emails or phone calls/messages I've left them. It's been weeks at this point and it's extremely unprofessional. My house was damaged during a storm and the siding is still exposed, so for them to not get back to me has me just completely done with them. Moving onto someone else.

These people wastes your time talking (supposedly to give a bid) and he never comes back or calls back. And I've tried several times to reach back.... unprofessional!!!!!This is the first response of any kind….. I’ve tried calling over several weeks….. no response… even left messages…. just wondering why no call back… or an response of any kind…We never gave an email…. Unprofessional!!!! Especially in a world where people don’t want to work!!!!
