We contacted Valley Vista Construction for an estimate to replace the roof on our log cabin and from the start they were professional and a great business to work with. Once we received our estimate and selected the shingles it only took 1 day to receive the materials and the work was started. We ran into some unexpected issues once our roof was stripped and the problems were handled and repaired efficiently and quickly. Their crew was amazing at handling the job and took great care to protect our landscaping, it was like nothing else was touched other than our beautiful new roof. We hired Valley Vista a little over a year ago to put a new metal roof on our cabin. The shingles that were there were old. They did a great job of communication and actual work on cabin. They were timely, and they cleaned up well after. They also installed new gutters on the cabin as well. Reasonable prices for quality work. Would highly recommend them, and would use again if we needed a roof on a different property .

I recently contacted Valley Vista Construction to come out and give me an estimate on having a roof replaced. Kevin Dawe, the owner of Valley Vista, came out in a timely manner and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. I talked to some friends with did business with Valley Vista all were very positive. so I decided to go with Valley Vista. They came out within the week and did the job within one day. Mr. Dawe was very easy to work with and he answered all of my questions without delay. And when my wife had any questions Tracy, his wife, answered all of her questions in a very professional manner. My wife really likes Mrs. Dawe. They did the work in one day and they did the job while I was working on the road. When I pulled into my driveway I was in awe. The new roof looked awesome. I took a chance and chose a Hunter Green color because the exterior of my house was a light green. It looked awesome and really stood out in my neighborhood. They cleaned up great. Could not even tell any work was done their. They did a great job.

Tracy Dawe is one of Lowes Installers. She did my roof. Lowes salesperson who orders the supplies for the contractors, orders way to much supplies so the contractor, Tracy Dawe, can take them with her at the end of the job, and she did. She left the back of my house unfinished. Her workers made a hole in my ceiling and broke a window that she would not come back to fix. She charged me $1,500.00 labor for a few hours work for something extra she had to do. She said if I would let her charge for it instead of Lowes it would be cheaper. Lowes will not hold their contractors responsible. My mistake was trusting her and Lowes.Service: Roof installation
