Horrible. We were lied to, misleading info of their abilities and craft knowledge. They made many mistakes and charged us for them. They have no job management, budget management, or communication. We are left with a home we cannot live in, 100% of the budget wasted and then some. This started February 2021 fired December 2022. Was a complete home remodel, and they may have completed 25% to 35%. You want more information just contact me, I can show you the proof. Liars, thieves, cons!Bob you can contact me if you have any questions or concerns. This has nothing to do with anyone else or agreements !

We are very pleased with our beautiful mountain home built for us by White Oak Construction.The White Oak craftsmen were all very courteous and helpful. We had numerous special features that were all crafted with care and came out beautifully. The stone fireplace trimmed with 1x6 pine in a herring bone design, wood mantle, and open beam raised ceiling all made the great room a beautiful and inviting place to relax.Any issues that arose were very quickly and satisfactorily resolved.White Oak built us a very solid home, going beyond the minimums required by code to ensure the home was well constructed. All the rafters were strapped to the wall, and every other cinder block column in the foundation was filled with concrete.We would highly recommend White Oak Construction to anyone wishing to build a home.

We recently built a home in Townsend, Tennessee and chose White Oak Construction as our builder. The reason we wanted to work with Gil was his knowledge, integrity and honesty. We could not be more pleased with the final product. Gil and his crew were able to provide guidance to achieve our wishes and stay within our budget. Whenever costs were above expectations Gil would contact us directly before proceeding with any work, very much appreciated. This left no surprises at the completion of the construction. The quality of the craftsmanship is superb and beyond expectations. White Oak built a deck on the back of our house. We recently downsized from a much larger house that, through the years, I had done most of the work on myself, including building two decks. More than anything else, age prevented me from building this one and I was a bit anxious about someone doing the work I had always done. I had no reason for concern, the crew from White Oak did a great job and took the amount of care I would have taken if I had built the deck. I am more than satisfied with their work.

We purchased a cabin, in need of extensive remodeling, in early March, just before the global pandemic erupted. To say we were trepidatious about doing a renovation under the circumstances is a gross understatement, as anyone who has done a remodel understands that under the very best of circumstances a remodel can be difficult and quite stressful. Fortunately, we picked the right contractor for the job, as White Oak, despite some supply chain issues, did their level best to complete our project to our satisfaction and for a reasonable price. We have a small bathroom that needed to be upgraded and made ready for aging inhabitants. This was a small job for White Oak, but they did it fantastically. Gill and his crew were all very respectful, timely, cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day, and kept us informed all along the way. I couldn't have been happier. Having worked with other construction companies in the past, I can't recommend them highly enough!!
