They were very efficient, friendly and professional. I compared them with local “fix it” guys and they were very comparable! Well on price that is, but their experience, warranty, payment options etc. far exceed what a smaller outfit could do… They provided a nice sized kennel for my dogs to use while our old fence was down. My yard is super uneven, so I did not expect it to really look good because I wanted it so close to the ground, but they worked hard and definitely went the extra mile to make it look great! I’m super excited about my new vinyl fence! Thank you 😊

Jackson Fence Company came to our rescue in a timely manner. We needed a fenced area (rather quickly) to provide a safe enclosure for our pups. Cannon visited us in a timely manner to provide us with an acceptable quote and even had a crew scheduled to come out within a few days to start the job. The crew (Mike, Kaitlyn, Cody, and Zach) that we're assigned to perform our work were all professional, fun and pleasant to deal with, and did a great job despite working in wet & cold weather conditions. The end result was a fantastic looking vinyl fence enclosure for our furry family members! I highly recommend Jackson Fence Company & would not hesitate to call upon them again should we need additional fencing work done. God bless !!!

Cannon and the other staff at Jackson Fence Co. were great to work with. The process was easy from start to finish, to include him coming out beforehand to look at a couple places I had some questions about in my yard. The guys who put up the fence were fun to watch and chat with. I was really impressed with how well they spoke of the company and how the company cares and takes care of them. They also cleaned up after themselves every day and took good care of my yard. The steel posts were also a big selling point for me. They are definitely who I will call should I have any more fencing needs.

Our experience was extremely good from the initial call through the completion of the job. Communication was steady and consistent with respect and professionalism. Jackson Fence Company provided high quality workmanship, were punctual and cleaned up my jobsite. They say what they do, and do what they say. They are the only contractor, of many we have used in the short time we've been in TN, where customer service is still "alive and well". We interviewed other fence companies that couldn't come close to the quality and expert installation Jackson Fence provided. They completed the job on time and saw to it we were completely satisfied with our new fence. If I didn't know better, I would think they were installing a fence in their own yard. I needed a fenced area for our little dog to play in. Jackson fence came out to inspect the site and work with me as to the gate locations. Now I have a beautiful black chain link fence that blends into the background. I had a small concern about the fence and they came right out to address the issue very quickly. I deleted my first review of this company because they went above and beyond to make up for it (I won't explain everything cause they know what was said and why I couldn't give 5 stars with my first review). Mike you were amazing at fixing more than I originally even marked and for that I thank you! Caitlyn and the blonde gentleman (I'm so sorry I don't remember getting his name) also did a great job. I'll add photos when I get better lighting since they just left, but thank you so much for making up for the original fence. I absolutely love the end results and can't wait to be outside with my dogs. I finally have full peace of mind that this fence is gonna last a long time. These guys really do honor their workmanship warranty so definitely give them a call.

Cannon did a same day inspection of the area I was looking to fence and had the price quote the same day,The installation crew did a fantastic job installing the fence. Mike was working next door and noticed an issue with the new gate that was installed when we had our new fence put up. Instead of just leaving,(he was not one of the original installers) he knocked on my door and asked if it was ok for him to fix the issue. Jackon Fence Company had our 325' linear feet plus 2 gates installed in one day (5-6 hours). We're not sure if that speed was normal but were very pleased and the fence looks great. Their "after install" promise was made good on as well in regards to power washing the fence to remove the mud and concrete that happened during the install.
