Cost: a roof is critical to a house. We did not want to compromise quality on something that is protecting the interior of our home. All Well provided the best explanation of the materials and the pros and cons of each.Schedule: we had some issues that were not the fault of All Well. Another project on our house set us back a few weeks. All Well was understanding and flexible based on our needs.Process: super fast once under way. The crew showed up at 6am and worked until dark. The old roof was removed, repairs made to the under structure and the new roof installed.The process is messy. If you’re a neat freak don’t look outside or stay away from home for the day. It is noisy. Hammers, saws, music..:it’s loud.Clean up: this was very important to us because roofs come with a lot of nails. We observed constant clean up during our install. No one took long breaks. When the team wasn’t working, they policed up garbage. It was very impressive. And no nails in tires!Minor issues: I would like to have more details on start times. We started at 6am, which l learned about around 6pm the day before. Not a big deal, but I like sleep.Despite a valiant effort the project was not completed in one day. Clean up that night seemed a little rushed and I was worried about parking my car back in our driveway because as stated above roofs have a lot of nails.The team retuned the next morning, finished some minor work and conducted a thorough clean up. It took only a few more hours.Both are very minor issues and I wouldn’t think twice about them.Hire these guys for your roof. You won’t be disappointed.

Erik Alwill explained to me some of the issues I faced such as low sloping roof sections and the best way to handle this and other issues related to my roof. His explanations were thorough and clear. Erik is the man! Very professional, honest, and hardworking. He and his crew did a complete tear off and roof replacement on our mid-century East Memphis home in one day! I don't know if all homes will go that fast, but they did everything to protect the property (shrubs and planters) and worked very methodically to replace all rotten wood, install the drip edge and ice shield, and, of course, the shingles. He even triple swept the property for nails afterwards. From start (estimate) to finish (final inspection), I had zero issues and now have the utmost confidence that our roof will be leak free for many years to come. We went with the Atlas shingle system in order to get the 15-year warranty.Service: Roof installation

All Well Roofing did a great job on our roof! We're first-time homeowners, and discovered there was an active leak in our roof right before closing on it. Unfortunately, the sellers had already hired a different roofing company to address the leak. This other company attempted to fix the leak three separate times to no avail. I called All Well and explained our situation, and Erik himself came out to do a cursory roof inspection following the other company's repair attempts. I cannot express how much confidence I had in All Well Roofing just from that brief encounter with Erik. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. All Well Roofing came in after the other company and did a phenomenal job of properly fixing the problem. They didn't cut corners, they communicated with us, and they got the job done in just a few hours. We've had a few days of rain recently and everything has held up perfectly.All Well Roofing may have cost a bit more than the previous roofer, but the quality of both their work and their customer service is absolutely worth the cost. The workers were diligent and polite, and Erik is very thorough and does an excellent job of keeping you updated with photos and explanations. A very comprehensive proposal was drafted and personally explained to me. Our roof was a little complicated and had some unique issues that needed to be addressed. It is rare to find someone so detailed oriented, good at communication, and provides superior work.The owner spent two hours thoroughly examining the roof and discussing in detail what he found and possible solutions. He dropped what he was doing when the time changed for the insurance adjuster to come out. Extremely knowledgeable. Erik was super concerned that my air conditioning lines might be running under a section of the roof. He suggested we go ahead and check because he couldn't see from the attic. It was the best extra expense I could have asked for! Right under the section he was talking about was the AC line. Had they gone ahead without checking, they would have put a nail through about 20 different times. So glad I went with him! We had All Well Roofing recently replace our gutters. Beyond being happy with their product and installation, we were pleased with the company's responsiveness and professionalism. The company was installing another gutter system in our neighborhood and I submitted an inquiry through their website. The owner emailed and his installer came by that day to get measurements. Within a couple days we had a thorough estimate and there were no upcharges during the process--what was included in the estimate was what was delivered.Due to forecasted rain on our installation day we had to move out the install just a few days but again, communications was thorough. Installation took less than one day and the owner came by the following morning for a final inspection.We have a couple home projects planned for the spring and will certainly have All Well Roofing provide an estimate.Service: Gutter installation

You won't find many roofer's more knowledgeable of their craft than Erik. He was very communicative throughout the whole project and was able to put our minds at ease when faced with the daunting task of getting a new roof. He made the process easy by explaining the materials and their specific attributes, helped our roof color selection by directing us to houses with the specific shingles we were interested in, and communicated with us throughout the job. His crew was very responsible and went through great pains not to damage our landscaping/property. The whole job took only just over 1 day and that was with a full tear-down of the old shingles.
