Amril Construction fixed some storm damage for us covered by insurance, & we paid them separately to fix some other things at our home. However once they got their insurance check, Wes Hardin was supposed to give us a quote on other projects, but he didn’t return phone calls or texts & finally ghosted us completely! They're not a company I would ever recommend, for they are self-serving & only interested in the BIG INSURANCE CHECKS!

We had ceiling damage from a roof leak. Our insurance (USAA) recommended Armil for the repair. The estimator was out right away and the roof repair was completed. The interior repair was scheduled for our convenience. The team arrived on time, and interior repairs were completed in one day. Upon completion the team cleaned up and the ceiling looked perfect.Thank you Armil for a job well done.

My claim is from June 2022,my home is still not 100%restored. Flooring was put down incorrectly, kitchen and bathroom cabinets still on back order ? Non-responsive to text, inquiries. So here I sit and in one month and two weeks it will be an entire year yet the work is not complete. State Farm has even reached out to them and still zip. Had I researched properly and read their poor reviews I would have never used them. Upset to say the least. Non- communication is unacceptable. If they have customers waiting over six months for cabinets then they obviously need a new company to get their cabinets from. Very very disappointed, angry and out of patience. Guess I'm going to hire an attorney to deal with this nightmare since they are literally operating at a snails pace and don't care. If it was their home they would have freaked out long before now and demanded it be restored at 100%.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Do not use this company. They stopped responding to us and we had to find another company. While waiting for them to start, we continued to have water come into our house that caused further damage. They came back a year later and claimed they were owed an amount for work performed. They billed for items they never performed. I paid the amount requested so they would leave me alone.If your insurance company refers you to Armil, pick someone else. If you are thinking of using them, I would reconsider. I do not recommend this company to anyone who would like their project repaired in a timely or professional manner.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Our insurance company recommended this place to do our home repairs after water damage. They came and pulled out all of the water damage very quickly and that part was very professional. The water damage happened in October of 2020. They did not come to begin the restoration part until January or February of 2021. We sat with a giant hole in the roof and could not get help from them. The crew came and painted. They slapped the paint on, I have paint on the curtain rods, outlets, windows. There were spots that shown through where they did not paint thoroughly. The edges were not straight.it looked awful. They came back a month later. The crew took my extension cord along with a 5 gallon bucket and a few tools. They eventually fixed it almost 1 year later. October of 2021 I got a call asking for 1600 payment. My deductible is 1000. They hadn't filed with insurance. I was threatened with them saying they were going to call they were going to call and report me for not paying despite the amount being wrong. I finally spoke to the office manager who said that I was correct and it had not been paid by the insurance yet and to let her handle it. She said she would call me the next day. I never received a call. Now it is March of 2022 and they call mee asking where the money is yet again. They still want the 1600 and everyone I worked with before quit. I made a payment plan for 1000 to pay 100 a month because honestly I forgot about it and don't have 1000 sitting around. Worst company every step of the way and still having issues 2 years later. YALL SUCK! I informed my insurance company USAA of the lack of customer service that this company provided and this company will be taken off their list of company for services. They are non responsive and will not do the work but will try to get the check from the insurance company.

We had water damage from burst pipes during the freeze. We used Armil Construction for the repairs. We couldn't have been any more pleased with them. Trey and Heather were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises. After receiving call from Company, and speaking to Manager, Advised Him of My Problem, & My location here in the City😏 He Automatically told Me, it would Be 2-weeks before they Would Be Able to get to Me.just to look at my Issue And suggested , I Pull UP THE CARPET !!!!! ( How bout that??) I found someone Else to assist Me. Perhaps My issue was NOT as large as they wanted or my location was Not their Best, But at least they should have been able to send someone out before 2-weeks to look at my problemDisappointed. Advised my Insurance Company of the same

Have been previously pleased with their service but cannot recommend them anymore. Sloppy, poor workmanship. Left trash and cigarettes strewn about after job was completed. Outside door was still sticking after work was completed and told repeatedly they would come out to replane the door. After the 3rd text exchange, now they are saying I have to pay for this. Was recommended service provider through USAA- will be contacting USAA to have them taken off their list. Very disappointed in this outcome.

Wes, was rude,disrespectful and inappropriate when he came to my house for a repair estimate. If you're a woman needing repairs on your house, make sure you have a man do all the talking to this guy. Decided he had the opportunity to tell a woman off and took it. Stay away,far away from this person and company. I don't know or care if he was pissed at someone else,but, dont bring it to me at my house. Professional...not. Use again... HELL NO!! Recommend...HELL NO!!

I have used these guys exclusively for 10 years. Everything from windows, roofing, boarding up, etc. They are fast, honest, and will bend over backwards to take care of your repairs. If they don't do it they will refer to someone they trust to do the work.

Mr wes Hardin came to my home to give a second estimate on repairs I found him to be very honest. The first estimate was over 1400.00 he suggested I could do for less than 400.00 ! Good people
