Hit with a tornado in March 2023, and in August STILL trying to get the parts right from Cameco. Ordering wrong parts, then when correcting they order the wrong bend, and/or wrong color. Then when you ask to review they have trouble finding details to the order because they did not list any details on the invoice, so they make even more mistakes and waste more time. They never called me, i always had to chase for answers and push for my parts (noting - these were already paid for). Multiple branches and several people to talk to some of which polite and helpful, but others careless. After this experience i would never go back again.

I went to Camco for a small pool house project that needing siding and siding related accessories and Jason treated me like I was his most important customer of the day. The service was exceptional with very quick delivery and complete professionalism. It is SO nice to see that good customer service has not died in this me, me, me, world! Brett and the team at Camco Roofing were awesome today! They stayed open at closing time to allow me get to their store and finish a project at home. Very pleasant and accommodating. Had a wide selection that I couldn't find anywhere else. Great customer service!
