When I moved my furniture out in preparation for the new furniture, I was able to see evidence of human and dog accidents. I was considering pulling up the carpet and going with hard wood but wasn’t ready to create another bill just yet. I was fooling around on the computer looking up carpet cleaners in the area. I called Castle One expecting to get a voicemail but was surprised when I got a live person. Arrangements were made to come out for an estimate and cleaning. When I saw the trapped dirt, carpet fiber and dog fur come to the surface - can you say shocked! I’ve had the carpet “professionally” cleaned regularly but what I was getting was a surface cleaning… Never again! Carpet restoration is the way to go! My carpet look like new! I called this company to schedule an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but after him mumbling to tell me that he's a "specialist" and knows what kind of cleaning my carpet needs without having seen it, he hung up on me. I spent most of the call trying to understand what he was saying. He was rude for absolutely no reason.

Very impressed with the service. Castle One Rotary Steam Carpet Restoration removed my pet odor conditions. I asked the owner over the phone if I should tear the carpets out. He advised me to let him inspect the carpets to see if they could be organically restored. I set the appointment he came right out and did a black light inspection, and explained the pet restoration process. From there he began to remove the pet odor within 10 minutes of the process. I was confident well before the carpet cleaning because of the pet stain and odor restoration cleaning service. I highly recommend this company to any pet owner.

Rude and dismissive-- also called me a 'creep' when inquiring about the services he offered as he stated something was 'illegal' and that's why he wouldn't provide the service. Concerned about the legality of the situation I called back and he stated he make seven figures and was irate in bragging about how he owes us nothing. 0/10 would not recommend- I've worked in customer service all my life and never seen or heard anyone talk to a customer the way Darion Castleberry did. Poor excuse of a business.
