We are extremely thrilled with our renovated kitchen. The work began May 23, 2022 and was finished in a timely manner, just over two months later. We knocked out walls and fur downs, put in all new recessed lighting in living room and kitchen and replaced old flooring. In addition, plumbing lines were moved and the electrical panel was upgraded.Tom and his team are terrific. We also loved how well designer Michelle Triplett worked with them. (If you’ve never worked with a designer, I highly recommend Michelle!) Project Supervisor Nathan was always available. He was instrumental in managing the sub-contractors and making us laugh with his great sense of humor.Renovating is stressful. Tom and his team brought an ease to the process that we’d never experienced, having done several renovations at our apartment in New York City before moving here. Definitely hire Coleman and Owen, if you’re looking for honest, timely and quality work. We used Coleman and Owen to remodel two bathrooms and replace the backsplash in our kitchen. From day one, every contractor we worked with was responsive, respectful, and did fantastic work. We have two small children and pets, and all of the workers were so sweet and mindful of our hectic family life! The bathrooms and backsplash all turned out beautifully. Our project manager was meticulous with details and made sure that every step of the process was done well. We just recently completed a renovation of our master bath, carport-to-garage conversion and concrete driveway/sidewalk replacement. The quotes we received were detailed and easy to understand. The quality of materials and expert craftsmanship were nothing less than outstanding. I am VERY grateful that I went with Coleman Owen. Their best quality is the superior workmanship. My project lasted longer than anticipated, hiccups did occur, but the end result is SO well done! To echo another reviewer, Coleman Owen’s quote was one of the highest I received but, once the project was started, Coleman Owen never once came back to me requiring more money than agreed on. Their original estimate was more thorough than any other contractor. They have an eye for detail and are committed to getting the project done right.My advice to anyone starting a remodel is to ask plenty of questions on the front-end to fully understand what the quote covers and be very clear on who will be managing your project daily and when/how you will receive regular updates. The lowest quotes are probably missing some big stuff and you’ll end up paying later.

I had Coleman and Owens Construction complete a renovation project involving several different trades. All work was done with a hight quality and in a timely manner. The quote was on a higher side in anticipation of unknown difficulties. The difficulties did arrise and were addressed with an impressive time frame, without much damage to the budget. I'm very pleased with the end result and an overall professionalism of every one who worked on that project. Highly recommend.
