Trey and Parks with Cool Roofs were hands down the best contractors we have ever used. Their customer service is unmatched! We are busy and they made everything uber easy with superb communication. They even came back after the job was done to do some additional clean-up for me that no other contractor would have probably done. We are beyond happy with our finished product. A company is only as good as its people. I would definitely recommend Cool Roofs to everyone because Trey and Parks take so much pride in their work!

Cool Roofs has done two separate jobs for me in the last six months. Roof repair on my metal roof and a small gutter installation. Both were done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. They were amazing at communicating what they were doing and when and went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof or gutter work.

Cool Roofs did a great job with helping get our roof replaced. Griffin was exceptional in helping us work with insurance, paperwork , and planning the work. He communicated regularly, kept us up to date , and was easily reachable. We were able to pick exactly the roof type we wanted by using a provided visualizer so you could get a good idea of what type of shingle type would look good on your home. The crew came early, on time , and cleaned everything once things were done. Overall very happy with the roof and service provided by Cool Roofs.

They did a great job with replacing our roof. They helped us with coordinating all the paperwork with our insurance which we greatly appreciated their help with that process! They referred us to a contractor to install gutters who fit us in the same week for a great price on gutters! We had damage from hail storms a few months ago and also leaks around a skylight in our den. Parks Flowers came out and did a thorough inspection and dealt with our insurance company to make sure they saw everything they needed to. He even met with adjusters a couple of times to go over a few things. They got with the insurance company to make sure everything was brought up to code. Spoke with TA on Thursday, on Friday they made it to the house to inspect.Offered to be back on Saturday morning to do repairs before rain was coming in. By 10 Saturday morning they were finished.
