Easley provided a great experience in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged a large area of my downstairs kitchen. After contacting my insurance company, they recommended Easley as one of three companies that they would utilize to do the work. I contacted Easley and within a couple of days Scott came out on a Tuesday to look at the damage and quote the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate to do the work.Scott arranged for the work to be completed on Saturday and Sunday of the same week. I was extremely impressed with the work that Jonathan performed. The entire area was covered in plastic, including the floors and furniture. Paint was perfectly matched, the work exceeded my expectations, no mess left behind, and the cost to do the work was lower than my insurance deductable so that was a huge bonus.I rarely write online reviews, but I wanted anyone who is considering repairs to your home know that Easly is a choice you can't go wrong with. Again, thank you Scott and Jonathan!

This company came to our rescue! After my husband, Tommy, and I found out we had mold in our house and had to move out. We thought, what are we going to do now. Well, Scott and his team of professionals truly came to our rescue. Everyone that came out to our house to put it back together was wonderful. Tommy and I are so pleased with everything the construction crew, painters, tile man, electricians, our lumber man, appliance store and their delivery people, and cleaning crew. I don't want to leave anyone out. They all were very professional, courteous and took pride in their jobs. Scott had it all under control for us. He would call and let us know the plan for the day or the week and who would be coming out what they would be doing. At the end of about 4 months we had our home back! Better than ever. It turned out absolutely gorgeous. We just can't say enough praise for Scott and his crew. They're awesome! We highly recommend this company. We give it 5 stars. If we could, we'd give it a 10. Thanks to all connected with this reconstruction.

I want to tell everyone about Clayton Howard, our contractor with Easley Contractors. He was the absolutely best professional we've ever worked with! Our hardwood floors needed replacing due to a sudden and accidental water leak and Clayton guided us through the whole process and explained everything every step of the way! He is personable, responsive to every question, and very reassuring! Easley did a wonderful job and our floors look fantastic! You will not find a better contractor professional than Clayton Howard! I highly recommend him!

We worked with Dalton at Easley Contractors Inc. and he was a pleasure to work with. We had a busted water pipe and the ceiling in our den caved in. We needed a master shower repair due to a leak and decided to go ahead and update the entire Master bathroom which included a complete gut down to the studs. The oversight of this project by Scott and his crews was great. Communication was excellent and issues were addressed promptly and professionally. As with most projects, there were a few unexpected issues that came up, but things were taken care of to our satisfaction and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this renovation. I would definitely recommend Easley Contractors.

This company exhibits really poor communication. I had to constantly follow up just to get someone out to look at some work I needed done in a bathroom. When I responded to the email with the quote, I never received a response. Just ghosted. I can't comment on the quality of their work, just that they don't have the time or wherewithal to communicate.

The shower head in my shower had broken off and what I didn't realize was that it was leaking inside the wall and onto the subflooring. I called Easley at the recommendation of my insurance agent. They promptly returned my call and were able to come and fix my shower within just a few days. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. They repaired my shower, and I have had no issues since the repair. Scott came and inspected the work and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. Overall a smooth and stress free experience!

Easley was one of the recommendations from my insurance company. I had water leak into a bedroom due to an ice dam from the big 2021 snow storms. Of course this was during the pandemic. Everything got done quicker that I expected. The contractors/subs all did a great job. Some drywall had to be replaced on the wall and part of the ceiling. The ceiling has popcorn and you cannot tell that anything had been wrong! The flooring had to be replaced. The room and ceiling re-painted. The room looks great.

Great people to work with ! We had severe water damage that affected our entire first floor as well as a few rooms upstairs, it was an unsettling situation to say the least. Once my insurance company put us in contact with Easley, we had a clean up crew there the next day and were made to feel a little more comfortable about what was to come by having the entire process explained in detail. The work was done on schedule and several “upgrades” were made available to us with things like flooring and paint. This aspect of the experience turned a negative into an opportunity to get our house updated ! Id gladly recommend this company to anyone needing their house repaired or remodeled and we could not be happier with the work, but importantly the great communication and customer service. 👍🏼

This is a top quality, fair priced, excellent craftsmanship company with owners and staff that have been with the company for decades. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my personal homes for 42 years…. We had two of our main rooms incur major water damage in March. Initially, I was impressed. Very responsive--arrived within two hours of my first call and got some of the contract workers out the first day. Was quoted a 3-4 week project. Tons of work was done in the first 2 weeks--very pleased with the work done...and then it took 4 weeks in order to complete tasks that should have taken days (painting a walls and moldings, etc). Some of which would not have been completed had I not required a walk through by the contractor to see all of the details that had been skimmed (like doors not being reattached, etc)--contractor called telling me they were done and a cleaning crew would be sent out and I had to say, "no way."First impression was great, but after that communication and work was subpar.
