Initially we were very pleased with this company, but there is little to no follow up.I was told someone would contact me and it did not happen until I messaged them about not hearing from them all day. The reason was understandable and we moved forward with letting them do the repairs. We should have seen the lack of communication as a red flag.The repairs were made and we were told the pictures and invoice would be sent that evening once we sent our insurance information so they could file on our behalf. We emailed our info and weren’t sent anything.An insurance claim was filed on our behalf almost 2 weeks later after MANY messages and calls went unanswered asking for it to be filed or give us the pictures and invoice so we could file it. It was filed without any contact to us and nothing was entered in.Another 2 weeks goes by and we finally have the insurance adjuster come and after confirming they would be there twice, they did not come and did not contact us to tell us they would not be coming.We were finally sent the pictures after again, MANY unanswered messages and calls. We still have not received the invoice and it is the final thing we are waiting on to finish the claim and repair the damage in our home.The lack of communication and the headache they have caused is not worth the work they did.Service: Roof repair
