It took our insurance a while to get with the program, but once elite took over, these dudes have literally broken down and replaced an entire roof in 2 days. I figured it would take them a week at best. Nope 2 days. They are still coming back tomorrow to clean up shingles and nails from our yard even though they finished the job and did an awesome job at that! Caleb, one of their workers, goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done properly! He worked well with our insurance company too! He also is very friendly. My toddler was going through nightmares about bears and spiders, and he went upstairs to get rid of all the “pretend” animals she was scared of! How incredible is that! They are simply the best! I am posting a before and after photo of the roof replacement that Jeremy Evans with Elite Roofing Solutions did for me and my wife. Mia and I bought this house as our first house in October of 2020, and we are new to all the things that come with houses; especially roofing. We had little to no knowledge about roofing, insurance, financing, etc… Thanks to Jeremy Evans, we didn’t have to be that knowledgeable. From start to finish, Mr. Evans took care of everything! I'm so glad I was referred to Elite Roofing Solutions by my friend & neighbor, based on her positive experience with this company! Luke S. responded quickly to my call and agreed to meet with me the next day. My roof had 2 layers of old shingles damaged by a recent windstorm, a broken turbine ventilator, & some rotten wood to be replaced. After meeting at my home & viewing the job, Luke quickly provided me with a free estimate which I found to be very reasonable when compared to a prior estimate I had received from a different company! I had complete confidence in Elite Roofing Solutions, as Luke provided me with a folder at our meeting, containing his business card, copies of Elite's proof of insurance & business license, their A+ rating with the BBB, Super Service Award from Angi's List, their certification as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, and a brochure of various styles and colors of shingles! After signing the contract, my roof replacement was scheduled to take place within 2 weeks.The crew of 10 roofers went right to work, moving potted plants and patio furniture, and protecting bushes, yard, & porches with tarps. They worked steadily with no problems, removing the old shingles, replacing the turbine ventilator, replacing rotten wood, & installing the new roof! Their clean-up was fast & complete: everything put back in place, all scraps hauled away in a dumpster/trailer, & any stray nails removed with a magnetic roller! You could tell these men were very experienced, working hard the entire time, & taking pride in the results of their efforts! Luke checked on the workers, & came by after completion to see the result and make sure the job was performed to my satisfaction! I am completely amazed and grateful for the speed, quality of workmanship, respect for personal property, and kindness shown throughout this project by Luke S. & his fantastic team! These guys did an AMAZING JOB!! They showed up to our house, and had our old roof off before we left for work that morning. Elite roofing is truly ELITE! Strong storms removed numerous shingles from my roof. After starting an insurance claim elite roofing management walked me through the entire process as we worked through various stages of the claim. They even contacted the insurance company directly to help move things along. The contact I spoke with at elite more often than not knew more about the claim process then most of the insurance adjusters that I spoke to. Once the roofers were finally on the roof they made quick work of meticulously replacing each and every shingle in just one days time. This is the second time I have had Elite Roofing Solutions out for repairs. Both times they have been responsive and prompt to get to my repairs. This time I noticed some shingles were losing granules. I thought I would need a whole new roof which I was not looking forward to. Jake came out to take a look and to my relief he said they could just replace the shingles in question and not the whole roof. He did mention installing ridge vents to help with the ventilation and roof temp as that could be the reason for the granular loss. Also, it could help my roof last longer. Again the work was started and completed within a weeks time. I have a rental home in the Cordova area but live over 3 hours away.
