Markus was great, very thorough and was easily available to contact. Installation was fast and cleanup was thorough, the entire roof removal and new roof installed in about 5-6 hours! The roof looks amazing! Only issue was the rebate check agreed upon took way longer to be issued than discussed but was eventually received.

Once the supplies were dropped off, a swarm of guys arrived & they worked non-stop , way past dark, trying to get this job done. Came back the next day to finish & clean up. Outstanding workmanship, cleaned up the yard & even had a guy with a magnet walking around looking for nails. Found very few I might add. Other than having a new roof, you'd never know they had been here. Roof is so pretty! Extremely proud of how pretty it is. Erie did a wonderful job! I recommend them highly.

I called Erie to set up and appointment for my roof replacement and the appointment was for Tuesday January 9th 2023. I received a text, not a phone call today, saying they could not make it for that day. They didn't offer another date so I called them and was told that they MIGHT give me a call to set up another appointmen. I knew he was lying about no availability because my friend who happens to be white, told me about their quick appointment response. So I knew in that moment, that they were not interested in servicing my area. Sad that in 2023, we still have to deal with this. Thank GOD for other companies who stand on business principles and treat everyone with the same level of respect and not pre judge their potential customers.

These people were amazing. They came out to explain their outstanding, high grade, low price material. After inspecting my roof they went above and beyond to point out all my pros and cons on my existing roof while going in depth about the quality of their work. Erie did a wonderful job. It took a day to remove and replace all rotten boards, but they definitely got the job done. They cleaned everything up after they were done. Awesome job! My roof looks wonderful!!!

I found myself in a bind needing a new roof after a storm, and insurance refusing to pay. I called some local contractors with no luck. So I goggled and found Erie Roofing. Within 24 hours the sales rep Hunter was at my house. He done a full inspection of my roof, told me what all I needed, went over all the options I had, and took his time. I did not feel like just a number with him. Once we agreed on what I wanted in color, within 24 hours Bryce called to set up installation. They were here within a week. Due to an unexpected family funeral I was unable to be here all day, the day of installation but that did not stop or slow down the guys. They removed and installed the whole roof within a day. Would of had the flashing around the chimney also had it not gotten dark. They have done everything they said they would do, in a timely manner. We went with Fiberglass Shingles on our house- we had an old roof with three layers of shingles and decking that needed to be replaced. These guys were awesome! The two that came out to our house (Frank and Fletcher) to discuss our options were like family- great guys. They explained our options clearly and without any pressure. We went with the fiberglass shingles because that's what made sense for us, but that metal roof was awesome. The crew that came out to our house was professional and on time, did a great job, worked really hard and cleaned up everything for us.
