Kept me informed thru the entire process. Ryan came out on completion & reinspected the workmanship and repaired the minor repairs. It's nice to know there are companies like Haven Roofing still around. They are courteous, honest, friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Within moments we established a relationship in which I knew they had my best interest at heart.Everything I needed to know about my roof and options were explained in detail. Haven are some of the best guys I’ve ever dealt with. Made the process of getting a whole new roof easy and stress free. Super helpful & considerate throughout the entire process. After noticing several leak spots in our ceiling, we decided to have our roof looked at, and were referred to Ryan by both my brother in law and mother in law. After looking at the roof, Ryan indicated that there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. Ryan negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf and was able to get the majority of the work covered by insurance. Once the materials were delivered, Ryan’s crew came at 7:00 am on the day scheduled and finished the roof in one day! They left everything the way they found it. Would highly recommend Haven Roofing!

I had a great experience dealing with Haven Roofing. They came out and put my new roof on in one day and it looks fantastic. Another good thing about Haven is that they know how to deal with insurance companies to get them to pay out the money they owe. So, if you are worried about the insurance not paying for it, I recommend going with them because they are experts in that aspect.. and they do good work too.

We all have had or heard of difficult experiences when dealing with contractors, but I must say, working with Haven Roofing, Ryan and Martin was a complete joy!! The access to information digitally, verbal discussions regarding each phase of action and roofing job from beginning to end was the most professional and pleasant contractor/client experience I could have had!! They did exactly what they said they would do, given the timelines agreed upon and the roofing crew was as good as it gets. Haven Roofing was very professional, from the discovery meeting to the final installation of the roof. They worked with our insurance to get the claim approved for the damaged roof, which had been very difficult to approve with the insurance company from the two previous storms.They are responsive, polite, and hardworking, and their roofing crews are top-notch. I tried for over a year, with two different roofing companies to get my roof repaired/replaced, with little luck. Ryan and his company, was the third company, he was professional, diligent, and very determined to help my family get the repairs we needed. He went to war with my insurance company and In very short period of time he was able get our roof completely replaced, less our deductible.He was very easy to contact and to work with.
