I hired this company because my nextdoor neighbors had used them several years earlier without issue. I deeply regret my decision, and it ended up costing me a lot out of my own pocket even though this was an insurance job. The owner never came on site after he gave me a quote and sent a subpar crew who literally walked off the job because they were afraid of my high pitched roof. They were replaced with an even worse crew. Three months after my $42k roof was installed, I experienced extreme leaking in two rooms and contacted JD. He begrudgingly sent a crew out who did a horrible and ugly patch job, but it continued to pour rain. The owner never once returned to my house to see what I was talking about, and I finally had to take matters into my own hands and hire some others to fix this at great expense. Now, five years later, my new HVAC repairman has discovered that JD literally cut off my ductwork and covered it up in my guesthouse, leaving potentially toxic fumes to vent back into that small structure. This could’ve resulted in a tragic situation, with carbon monoxide pouring back into that house and poisoning my daughter or other occupants. Thank God I have an honest HVAC man who has now cut a hole in the roof and rerouted the ductwork. As a single woman, it is difficult enough, and I have to rely on the honesty and integrity of contractors I hire. I should have never entrusted JD Roofing with my single greatest asset. Do not walk but RUN away if you’re even considering using this company! Here is a photo showing what they did…

Please don't use them. They only honor their work long enough to cash the check from your insurance. After that, good luck in trying to get them to honor their warranty. I have had 3 years of being given the runaround.
