If you are looking for a GREAT roofing business 🤩 then this is it! They were referred to us and so we contacted them and within a few days Chris came out and looked over everything! We were given an itemized quote on a new roof and it was very reasonable! He helped me pick out the color we needed and it was here in no time. They knew we were needing it replaced before the bad weather/snow so on the day of replacement we had 11 guys on the job. They were top notch and got it all removed and replaced before the end of the day. And on top of everything our yard was cleaner after they left than before they started. EXCELLENT WORK!

James Russell Roofing did a great job for us, my wife and I are very pleased.Chris Stepp and Jaime in the office were very accessible and easy to work with, answered all our questions, and made the experience pleasant, smooth and without surprises.Their roof inspection and report initiated a successful damage claim with the insurance company. They offer a wide selection of shingle colors and good quality roof materials for a long-lasting durable roof. They have a helpful app that lets you see the new roof as it would look on your home.The proposal was easy to read and clearly itemized the costs, materials, terms, and warranties.The roofing crew was very organized and quick, removing the old roof and installing the new roof all in one day. The clean up was very thorough and got all the shingle debris and loose nails out of the yard and driveway. I do not recommend them. I contracted them to stop a leak from my Sunroom roof, after a bad snow storm in Memphis. Ask them several times in the beginning were they familiar with Sunroom panel roof, was told by Chris, yes they were. Once completed Job did look good, however the Mule-hide product they put down on to the seams of the roof continue to leak thru from heavy rains, Was told I had a 2 years warranty, but each time they came out they wanted to put the blame on the gutters, which was not the problem, and was even told we don't do Sunrooms anyway. Then why take my money if you don't do Sunrooms . The problem was they should have never, put Mule-hide product on a Sunroom, I was later told by a Sunroom Specialist.

This is pictures of the skylight James Russell Roofing & Restoration installed for me . This one replaced one that was domed shape and leaking . When I tell the contractor and installation crew were professional from the telephone call to the end of the job. They cleaned all debris and I must say I so satisfied. This light is above my tub and it gives you the feeling that you are in the clouds. It is so relaxing, I wish I had done it before. I will definitely be referring them to others for any roofing job .
