Excellent roofing company! I had a limb fall on the roof and do some damage. Mickey was outstanding! He did a great job detailing the issues with pics and explaining the scope of work to fix the issue. He was detail-oriented, punctual, provided great customer service, and was extremely knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He worked directly with my insurance company and was able to negotiate me getting a new roof. When it was time to do the job, it went unbelievably well! They removed the old roof and installed the new roof in the same day. They came back the next morning and did an impeccable job with the clean-up. Hands down the absolute most efficient and customer focused experience EVER with a contractor from the sales to the support through the process to the installation to final product. Mark never left a question unanswered where his charisma, professionalism and knowledge left this process that could have been a huge stressor … replacing a roof for our 3500sqft home plus shop…. result in a seem less stress free and beautiful product!
