Just before xmas, I had a huge leak in my roof and water was dripping directly in the middle of my living room. I called No Limit Roofing, and Michael was able to come out the following day. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process of roof replacement and provided a very comprehensive quotation, so you know what to expect. My roof was in bad shape so, they had to replace a lot of rotten wood, rebuild the frame around the gable vent, install new flashing around the chimney and put in a new attic fan and much more. They laid tarps around my house and covered my windows to prevent damage from falling debris. Once finished, they meticulously cleaned up everything, even using a large magnet to retrieve any nails/screws from my yard and driveway. They did an excellent job and were able to finish everything in one day. The style and color of the shingles beautifully complements the house. I’m very pleased with my new roof and the final price was great! I called three other roofing companies before finding the listing for No Limit Roofing and I am so glad that none of the other companies wanted my business! We have a very high and steep roof. No Limit Roofing answered my call, got my info and within 3 hours Michael returned my call and came by to look at the issue. Within two more hours I had a professional quote and the crew started the work the next day. The crew was friendly, cleaned up well after themselves (no roofing nails on my driveway!) and kept me informed all throughout the job. They found one additional area needing attention while they were on the roof and they took ample pictures to demonstrate the need and provided me with a second quote. I really can not recommend Michael and the team enough - Very professional, thorough and when it is time to replace our roof, they have already earned our business. I like that he wasn’t trying to sell me a whole new roof right now but understood that we needed a thorough repair and that will secure future business. They did an excellent job repairing our roof in a timely manner. The owner is very educated and answered our questions honestly. Within hours of filling out an online inquiry for a roof estimate, we heard back from Michael and met with him the following day. He gave us the confidence we needed to file an insurance claim for wind damage. We wanted a new roof, larger gutters, and rotten fascia replacement. Since we wanted the same company to perform all of the work, we were only able to get one other quote from another contractor. No Limit had a much better warranty and was about 20% cheaper than the other contractor. The work started on our roof about 1 week after we signed our contract. During the installation of the gutters, some of the cap sheet over our patio had been smudged down to the tar from a ladder.
