Van drivers don't deliver here. Been here 2 hours and still not getting unloaded. Flatbeds loading have priority no matter who got here first. Will update when I finally get unloaded. Ended up taking 3 1/2 hours to unload. Turns out regular receiving clerk not there that day. So forklift driver that unloads vans didn't know we were there.

I brought in giant rolls of cloth. This is my second time here and everyone seems great, even with a heat index of 114°. The unload took about an hour and I was the only van trailer here. The rolls unload at the far east end of the facility. DO NOT cross the railroad tracks, turn left and the dock is on the left. It's a narrow dock door so stay as close to the wall as possible. If you have low bumpers on your truck they will get scratched up! There is an old spill containment area right in front of the dock, it is unavoidable, but in you take it slow it shouldn't damage anything, the walls of the containment pit are about 8" high, if you have a big chrome bumper you will damage it. I your way past the facility watch for forklifts crossing the road! So and let one of them know your going to the back dock or they won't be about to come help you.

If you’re unloading raw materials be prepared to wait a while and they really need a porta potty for drivers. That being said the people that work here are always super nice and helpful and they’ll keep you updated on what’s going on. Some of the nicest OC employees I’ve met.

Company sent a false email saying a rude driver called ABC supply when In fact, it was the owner, and we never spoke to you and I was never rude.I did speak to ABC supply and had a conversation about a mistake in delivery time with a load and I have every right to do so. I own the company.Classic example of an "employee" over stepping their pay grade and flat out lieing.I will send an email to corporate about this libel. It's punishable by law.

Raw materials unloading is a joke and the managers, especially the plant manager, should be ashamed of themselves. The disorganization of this place has be consistent over the last 5 years I've unloaded here.

Delivered a load to this place and it seems the worker who offload had a attitude which really means he hate his job but why take it out on other people cus your the one who applied so I gotta suffer? Get the buc!! Off the plantation dummy give 20yrs to make the next guy rich?!? Then when you retire your done nah bruh wake up. There's a doc for dry van at end of road right hand side across from employee parking get out n look you will miss it.

3 stars because the guys loading are just cool dudes. But thats not good enough. Why should we have to wait 3 hours before we get load. Yall should not order so many trucks to be on this tiny road if they can't keep up. It should take a makes of ten minutes to load a truck but it takes 30 minutes. We gotta keep rolling yall waiting our time period. Remove the no parking by the chain link fence because when yall order up that many trucks there is no choice but to park there. Yall gotta do something.

I was passing the warehouse and I saw all the signs for safety and more signs for safety. There was a truck driver standing beside his truck unrolling his traps ask him why was he long side the street he stated the shipper had him trapping his load, safety should be followed he should have been allowed to trapped inside were it's more safe.

Horridly slow to load. No one mans the shipping desk. No one answers phone or CB. If you want spend the day hearing gun shots, with no parking or restroom, this is the place to do it.
