Alex and Conner were exceptional in explaining every detail about the water damage to our wood floor and how it was going to be fixed. They came straight in and went straight to work tearing out the damaged boards and setting up the fans. They were very professional and extremely polite. I had a water leak in my kitchen while I wasn’t home and it flooded my entire first floor. I called multiple people trying to get this fixed and this company was there the same day to check it out late at night. This company was fast and efficient and I can’t wait to keep working with them. They are now my go to for any disaster that may strike. Their partner company CRDN are the most untrustworthy and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. My personal belongings were treated with no respect some returned in worse shape after they had supposedly been thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend finding another company to care for your personal property because they could not careless about you or your possessions!

In December of 2022, we experienced a pipe burst in our office, resulting in flood damage to the entire first floor. We contacted Paul Davis to help coordinate the restoration project. We were assigned Joshua Casey as our Mitigation Project Manager, and worked directly with Jacob Nabors on site. We had some ups and downs with some of the vendors we worked with for this project, but working with Paul Davis, Jacob Nabors in particular, was a blessing. They were with us every step of the way, making an otherwise extremely overwhelming project, manageable. Jacob was such a delight to work with. He was always quick to respond to our queries and requests, he always showed up on site to address those questions and concerns and he was always kind, respectful and prompt. The project took roughly 6-7 months, finishing in late Summer/early Fall. However, we had an issue come up, regarding some of the work, the first week of January, this year 2024, so I contacted Jacob and within the day he had someone out to address the issue, and once again came out to meet with the vendor. If ever I have another restoration project, wether work related or personal, I will be contacting Paul Davis to help with the project, and I will request Jacob Nabors. You can be assured that you can use this company with confidence.
