Henry Todd made it his business to guide us through process of getting other contractors to address damages to our home outside of his purview as he was primarily our roofer. Him being a former insurance adjuster helped us navigate the process to make sure all of our needs were met in dealing with our insurance company. I recently had my shingles replaced by Phoenix Exteriors and I am very satisfied. Nancy Chung did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was very thorough in the inspection of my roof, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I doubt my insurance company would have approved my claim without her detailed report of damage with follow up pictures. She visited my home and made inspections throughout the replacement of my roof and was on top of any issues that she observed. Whenever I contacted her with a question or concern, she responded promptly. I knew I could depend on her to handle the entire process efficiently and professionally which made the entire process go smoothly.

Excellent job replacing my roof. Chris was very prompt and courteous and took time to explain entire process to me. Knowledgeable, friendly guy and after talking to several roofing companies, I felt very confident in Chris and his guys ability to replace my roof. The whole crew that worked on roof was efficient, clearly very experienced roofers, worked clean and really did a great job overall. I would recommend to anyone in need of repair or new roof.

Roof was good, turned out well. It looks very nice. However, i thought my fence was being completed also by this licensed insured contractor, but wound up paying an individual who I guess took the quote and decided to do the work himself outside of this company. Fence is very mediocre and took months, make sure you get a contract for your entire job, esp if its a rental property and you will need a tax ID. Again the roof is very nice. He tried hard with the fence but still so many wavy boards and uneven spacing. Phoenix never addressed this with me and why this was allowed.Service: Roof installation

Part of our roof blew off during a storm. We called Phoenix & they came out quick installed a tarp till we could get a new roof installed. They are clean & were very professional. They installed our roof in less than 1 day. Would recommend them & would use them anytime we needed roofing.

They did an insurance claim on our house. Took 8 months to complete the work. Was lied to repeatedly. The tile backsplash was supposed to be a 2 days job that took 6 days and is terrible. Not a single spacer used every tile that was cut was cut with the wrong blade and is chipped and cracked and it doesn’t line up. There is no kick plate or trim molding installed on our new cabinets. They contracted out each individual job to other companies and haven’t paid their bills so now those companies are contacting us. $17,000 waste of money. And not one person from their company has seen the work. No inspection no nothing just demanding payment ASAP after making us wait months for work to be done. They have been paid in full and now we will let lawyers rip them apart. They’ve committed insurance fraud DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I do believe the best thing about Phoenix Exteriors is their honesty. Chris did an awesome job with me and fighting to get my insurance to replace ALL of my roof (not just "half" for you AllState insured!). He went to bat and swung for the fences. His heart is great in what he does - such as the relief efforts and things for natural disasters. He also supports local businesses which is a very BIG + in my book!

The roof looks great, however even though I have mentioned several times that they left satellite dishes on the roof, which were to be removed, they are still there after three months. Also left a ton of nails in the driveway and got a flat tire. Never would I recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! Roof was not repaired and resulted in further ceiling damage. When they came back out to actually repair it, they did not match the shingles nor were they installed to pass inspection. They left damaged shingles and over charged me and then did not completely pay for the ceiling damage. Very poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took the insurance check from my son & never showed back up to do the work. They were contacted repeatedly to return the check or bring the materials for the job but neither have been done. They are TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere.

All I’m going to say DO NOT use this business. It’s been 15 months, and the job is still incomplete. It was a flood in the house. The owners and workers both lie repeatedly to try to cover each other and don’t stick to their word. “And now they’re out of money of in over budget” because their worker quoted it wrong so they won’t hire anyone to come out and finish what is incomplete/messed up. The ONLY reason I’m not taking them to court is because I don’t feel like dealing with them anymore than I absolutely have to. Every month or two one of the owners will call me and say she is coming out to work on our house herself. She will do little miscellaneous stuff around the house and leave without even telling us what was done or anything. I will say she is still making a tiny little bit of effort to make it right. If there was such thing as 0 stars, I would have given that instead. Save yourself the trouble.
