RAMCO replaced our windows a few years ago and did a good job. We were confident that they would do a good job installing our new Jacuzzi bath system. The technician was very patient and professional as he converted our old bath into a beautiful new Jacuzzi shower. We also love the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty.

I cannot recommend this company to install vinyl siding. Since I signed the contract in September 2020, this has been a huge headache and absolute disappointment. Start date for install was expected second week of December 2020, but with multitude of excuses the project finally started 25 February 2021 and completed 9 March 2021. Since then the installers had to return at least NINE times to repair siding. Yes the company kept their word about sending a crew out to fix stuff but the installers would only do a quick repair. Attached are pictures of everything that went wrong and still going on. Supposably a warranty claim was approved but there is no action from the warranty claims department nor RAMCO to indicate that a repair is coming. I have reached to the owner and was told to contact the main business phone during normal working hours and that he will forward my information to his staff.UPDATE: As of today 27 July 2022 the only person that has reached out to me in regards to the warranty is David Ray a RAMCO rep. I have attached updated photos showing how much the vinyl has separated since I wrote this post.UPDATE: As of today 17 August 2022, I was informed it will be another 4 to 6 weeks before supplies will be delivered.UPDATE: On the 4th and 5th of October RAMCO installers and project manager took down three sections of vinyl and replaced with new vinyl siding. The 6th of October I noticed one of the panels that was just replaced started to detach. I contacted David Ray and sent a photo. We scheduled a time for the crew to come back out on the 19th of October in the morning. This morning the 19th I asked twice when is the expected time of arrival. I was then informed they won't be able to come out until lunch time. I informed David Ray that I was scheduled for the morning and I cannot keep missing work. Between the 4th, 5th and this morning I missed 19 hours of work for them not to fix the issue. I contacted the owner about my concerns and at 10 AM I get a phone call from the owners secretary stating that Les Stone got my text message and that he is at a conference and he will contact me Friday to discuss.UPDATE 22 OCT 2022. I was told by RAMCO that Les Stone the owner will contact me this past Friday after he returns from his conference. I was not contacted by him or the project manager. So if you are looking for a company to absolutely blow you off and provide excuse after excuse for not fixing the poor installation of siding this is the company to go with.UPDATE 27 OCT 2022: Jay, Richard and a third person showed up this morning to repair the same three sections again. When they completed whatever band aid fix they had in mind by 0945 the siding in two sections began to detach by 1:15 pm. Contacted both the owner and project manager via text message and they still have not responded.I highly recommend anyone looking for vinyl siding absolutely go with another company. The owner, project manager and installers (Jay and Richard) are only there to throw the material up on the walls as quick as possible and with the least amount of quality craftsmanship and quality control.Here is an update 2 DEC 2022. The owner and installers came out to repair the same vinyl issues. Their fix this time is to screw in the the vinyl siding into the J-channel to keep the vinyl from unlocking from the J-channel. I was then asked by the owner "to pray over my reviews and to take them down." After careful thought, I cannot in good faith take down the reviews. If by chance all these issues had been fixed the first time then yes I would. However dealing with RAMCO with repairs since March 2021 has been more challenging and stressful than my multiple deployments overseas away from family.

We had a patio cover with a ceiling fan installed in November 2022. We contacted RAMCO about a leak in our roof in December 2022. After emailing and calling RAMCO repeatedly, it took months for someone to come check our roof. We were informed that the leaks were due to the installer forgetting to add the flashing, and he did not thoroughly caulk. It then took months for one of the project managers to come and add the flashing and recaulk. We were told that we should not have any other issues with leaks. Once the leaking was resolved, the fan stopped working. We have contacted the company multiple times, left messages, and spoken with David but no one has come to check on the ceiling fan. December 2023, the roof started to leak again. The communication with the company post-install has been terrible. It is hard to get someone to come out and fix our issues. We have spent a significant amount of money on our patio cover yet it still leaks and the ceiling fan and light do not work. After filing a complaint with the BBB, a project manager called and told us that they are "working on it." It's February 2024 and no one has been scheduled to come out. This has been a complete headache, and I would not go with this company again.

Installers were very professional; however, they need to do some repairs that didn’t get completed by the installers. The windows & doors were installed in October 2022, it is now the end of March & the repairs have not been done. I call them weekly & no one returns my call.UPDATE: I have been pleased since speaking with the owner. I had half of my windows replaced. The office staff was ridiculously helpful and kind with my questions and needs. The installer was super knowledgeable and did a great job. Early on I had an issue with someone showing up to measure and the owner got on the phone with me as soon as I raised an issue and got everting moving. On install one window was missing window panes so I figured I would have to go down a painful rabbit hole to get it fixed. Nope. They ordered a new window right away. For me that's half the issue with work on my house - things are rarely perfect so getting quick/effortless fixes when issue do come up - priceless! I called requesting RAMCO to come check windows to check for leakage. Also verbally told my screens would be replaced at no cost ro me bur an employee stated there would be a chage employee said he would call back, hasn't. Lifetime warranty but will not handle problems.

We used Ramco to install new windows in our building. With the hurricanes, building supplies became an issue and it looked like the window install would delay the whole project. However, Les Stone stepped in and was able to resolve the issue and the windows were installed timely and looked great. That part was clearly the best part of the experience and I can't say enough good things about it. The salesperson gave the hard sale approach and completely missed his timeline for promised installation which we did not appreciate, but we got past it and it did not detract from the overall experience. Sales rep was very informative and professional. He came one day after we requested a quote. We felt we made the right decision to go with this company and the Sunrise windows after seeing other options from companies that didn't offer lifetime warranty or a great quality window at an affordable price. Our windows came a little before schedule and were installed promptly. The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. It took about 3 hours to install 11 windows with 3 guys. I would definitely recommend RAMCO for window replacement as they offer a quality product, professional service, and many different financing options.

My home has taken on a whole new look with the windows installed by RAMCO Home Improvements! Friends and neighbors give the windows a thumbs up! The crew was exceptionally polite and professional. Eric and his crew rock. It took a little while longer but I only had 20 windows installed!!! All over the house you can feel the difference in the temperature. We contracted with RAMCO based on quality of their products, pricing and quality of work. We replaced 12 windows in my aunts' house, 8 windows in my Dad's house , and added a patio cover to Dad's house. Office was great to work. They scheduled all appointments, kept us informed of status, and followed up with us after each project completion. Installers were competent, polite, and it was obvious that took pride in their work. We had Nathan for window installations at both houses. He installed 12 windows at my aunts' house with no help. He had help from Larry installing the eight windows at Dad's house. Tony and his brother did the patio cover installation at Dad's house. We were thoroughly pleased with all of the work on all three projects and the quality of the products. We highly recommend RAMCO if you are looking for windows or patio covers.Service: Remodeling

We ordered new Sunrise Windows Restoration branded back in early November. Being told then that the windows would come in 6-8 weeks. We'll, that was not taking into account the effect Covid would have. Soon February, turned into March but just before it was being shipped, we were told that 2 windows did not pass quality inspection and there would be a further delay. No problem. We were just so excited to get new windows, we were ok with waiting for a few more weeks for perfect ones. And perfect they were. The installation was scheduled and I received a call when the crew was enroute. That day, we had a crew of 3 take out 7 old windows and replace them new ones. The crew was one of the best that have ever been to my house. They put down cloths to catch any debris and when they were done, they even vacuumed up anything that was left. They were very professional and courteous. I was asked twice if their music bothered me. Of course it didn't, but I was surprised that I'd even be consulted. Erik, his son and Larry we're a pleasure to have working on my house. If this is the standard that RAMCO has, I'll make sure that all of my home modifications will use them. I recently got the sunrise windows and they were nothing less than exceptional. They have made a difference in the way my house feel, look, and even the noise outside of my house. The customer service was professional and very nice. Also, I enjoyed the guys that did the installation because they worked hard, cleaned up and was respectful about my wishes. I have used Ramco Home Improvement twice to replace windows. I had half done several years ago and the other half done this month. Had the same installer both times. This company is easy to work with. Everyone I have talked to was so polite.When the first set was installed, my utility bill went down 45%. It was amazing. Ramco installed sliding on my home. I obtained a loan from Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc to have the work completed. The salesman repeated more than once to me ,"this is a signature loan." After the work had been completed and I am now in the process of refinancing my home, I found out the installation is not a signature but a UCC1 was filed against my property making it difficult to refinance my 1st mortgage.I made this post to make you aware of what you are actually signing and Ramco should fully disclose everything before you sign an agreement. Vanderbilt would probably subordinate their position but I'm choosing to pay them off and will never do business with Ramco again.I made the original post about 3weeks ago very upset about the UCC1 filed against my property. It was disclosed to me at the time of signing that my loan was a signature loan and it is not. However, the siding that was installed on my home is absolutely beautiful. Ramco and the installers did a a wonderful job.I'm grateful that Lee Stone took the time to investigate the matter and give me a call after reading the post. That means a lot.

Ramco was one of three companies I had come to our home to give us a quote and show us what they had to offer in vinyl siding and gutters. Upon inspection of the siding offered by the company’s and comparing apples to apples we felt that the product offered by Ramco was far superior to that being offered by the other’s. And to my surprise Ramco came in at a lower price then a big box retailer.It took a while for the siding to arrive from the manufacture do to COVID slowing everything down in this world today.When the material arrived a crew arrived two days later to install.The installation crew was led by a man named Jay. Jay and his crew did a meticulous job on the install. It took them several days to complete but it looks wonderful.The company and the crew keep to their word and replaced all bad wood as needed.Jay made sure my yard was picked up before leaving for the day and made sure we were satisfied before they left.You don’t get a review like this from me unless you really and I mean really earn it. As you can see from my other Google reviews I don’t just hand these out.Thank you Ramco, Jay and crew for an exceptional job.
