Our church was in need of a new roof due to wind damage and aging. We began a search to find a reputable roofing company and found Wells. Mr. Wells was responsive and met us at the church to provide a free inspection. We were given a packet with pictures of the current roofing damage.Mr. Wells visited with myself and the church officers about two times face to face over the course of the entire process. He explained thoroughly what we needed to do and how his company could help us. He was transparent with us about everything. Did I mention how professional he was from start to finish!We finally decided to go with Wells and we are so thankful we did. The crew completed the work in one full day. Wells Roofing is the most efficient roofing company in Memphis! We had a lot of property damage due to a storm where a tree fell on our roof and fence. Diana and Mr. Wells were such a pleasure to work with. They always made sure to keep in contact and had a crew out working on our home very quickly! We contacted Wells roofing and remodeling for the damage that we got from the storm back in late June. They were able to send Diana here quickly and helped us report to insurance company. She understand that we have dogs so she tried to help us schedule to fix the fence as quickly as possible so we don’t worry about he dogs running around. They also took care of our roof as well, the team were come out and get the roof done within 2 days during the 100 degree weather. They are very responsive and deliver a good quality of work. Most importantly, Mr. Wells always called after the work completed to ensure the customer is fully satisfied.

I choose this roofing company due to the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Mr. Wells answered my call and all subsequent phone interactions.This was not my first experience with a roofing company so I already had some anxiety about this major home project that developed out of recent storm damage. A huge tree in our backyard fell over on the back of our home causing extensive damage to the roof/shingles/chimney and gables.One thing I recall from my previous go round was to not expect the workers to respect your property. Shingles being removed and thrown down on your lawn, driveway and over covered plants was not something that anyone can prepared for. But when it came down to cleaning up after completion, I would say they did a satisfactory job (just remember, you will continue to find small amount of roof debris and nails for weeks after). Kudos to the workers as this project was completed during the hottest part of this summer, I was amazed by their resilience and they did not take any short cuts.It took the workers 4 days to completely remove and replace the entire shingles on our larger home and detached garage. Mr. Wells was always available when I had concerns and he managed to solve and addressed all the unexpected nuances that happen with such a project.I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him and Diana his assistant throughout the completion of our new roof...Diana even made a recommendation on the color which we eventually chose and it looks awesome against the brick color of our home! It has given a "pop" to the initial view from the road and more so as you drive down our driveway.I will say that Mr. Wells and his assistant Diana know what they are doing regarding home roofing projects as they have numerous years of experience and they truly displayed at all times an honest concern to making the end product not only satisfactory but awesome. I expect that the roof will outlast me...this was a primo job and we are a very satisfied Well's customers.PS: We were so satisfied with his work that we have continued to use Mr. Wells Roofing company to complete other damaged structures which involved a metal fence and extensive damage to the roof our detached barn.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation
