They were very knowledgeable about consumer rights in the state of TN and completed full replacement of my roof in a very timely manner. We had wind and hail damage to our roof and called Zach with Zion Roofing to give us an estimate for repair. He responded promptly and gave us a quote and backup information that was needed to send to our insurance company enabling the process to be much smoother and quicker than we were expecting. He was very helpful and communicative with the process. Our new roof was installed in two days and looks AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Zion Roofing to anyone!

My roof was quite old and had multiple leaks. Zach came out and inspected it and gave me a fair quote in no time at all. Zach explained the quote and the options that I had with great knowledge and worked with me on what would best fit in my budget. I was on the schedule within a few weeks and the roof was done within a day. Zach even came back out to seal up some flashing that had a small leak. I would definitely use Zion Roofing again.

The company gave me one of the best customer experiances I have ever had. Colin came with his team and checked out my roof for a leak. They came down and show me photos of the problem and told me the exact process they would do to fix the problem. I had an estimate the next day and they repaired it the next week. If you are in need of a new roof or new repair look no further then Zion Roof! I cannot begin to explain how fantastic these guys are. i don't think I have ever worked with a company who had such impeccable and polite customer service. I mainly worked with Colin and he is a gem ! He communicated everything that would be done, he answered all calls promptly and the crew even made a decision to fix something that had been done by the previous owner badly and did not charge extra for it. All I can say is they are amazing to work with. They were on time, cleaned up every little bit of debris and their pricing was very fair as I had gotten 3 estimates. I am not an easy person to work for as I expect perfection. These guys can deliver! I could not be happier!

10/10 highly recommend working with Zion Roofing! I worked with Zach Wade a couple hours after my 2018 ”new roof” started leaking through my attic back at the end of 2023 February. He immediately responded and had the leak covered with tarp within hours after the storm passed. I bought my house in 2021 so I didn’t realize how much of a battle it would take to get my insurance to cover the wind damage. Thankfully, Zach was was patient, professional, highly communicative, and timely when it came down to every last detail. Zion recently put a beautiful roof on my next door neighbor’s house and I was really impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They kept all of their equipment and debris off of my driveway and property the entire time they worked which was not very long. They got the roof replaced in just one day! My neighbor dealt with a different roofing company at first and did not feel comfortable moving forward with them and chose Zion instead. She’s never regretted that decision. The owner, Zach, and Joseph also installed a fence for me and did a fantastic job. I’ve also used Zion to patch some damaged spots on my roof. All of my dealings with Zion have been amazing. Zion Roofing was recommended to me by a painter who was helping me with leak damage to my ceiling. I called Zion on a Friday afternoon and a real person answered the phone! That was very refreshing! He said he’d come out to take a look at my roof the next day! He kept in touch with me via text and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable and after looking at the ceiling damage inside, he climbed up and looked at the roof. He was able to quickly identify the problem and repaired it immediately! I was very pleased! I saw really good reviews (all 5 stars) about this company and reached out to Zion roofing to discuss my roof repair.In the beginning Colin, who was the project manager assigned to inspect my roof work, was very responsive and showed interest. I like to ask lot of questions so I can make an informed decision and he patiently answered all my queries on the proposed solution. We worked through all the details communicating for over a week and agreed on a price. An estimate was sent that matched the scope of work and the agreed price. All looked good and I was happy that I finally found a roofing company that was fair and responsive (another 5 star review in the making).Since the roof work involved potential rotten wood repair, I requested Colin to stop by to inspect the decking so an accurate assessment on how many boards should be replaced could be made. And then suddenly, when we were close to scheduling the work, Colin stopped responding to my texts & emails abruptly. I tried reaching out to him multiple times but he ignored all my messages. Even looped in Zach to check the reason and if everything was okay with him but received no response from him either. Despite all my attempts to reach them, I could get no reply from them (I even told him I have a big interior paint work scheduled and requested if this roof repair can be done before it or at the earliest). At some point I had to stop pursuing them for an answer and their service, so I did.I felt extremely disappointed that they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me if they got busy with a bigger job and didn't feel my repair work was important to them anymore. Or simply they were no longer interested to help me.I didn't use their services, so it will be unfair to comment on their workmanship. But my work wasn't valued by this company.Perhaps they are complacent that one bad review will not make a difference. Maybe. But I will not use or recommend them for any roofing needs looking at their unprofessional conduct. They may have the right workers to do the job well but they definitely need to work on their attitude & customer service.

I had a very old roof that was not in good condition and Zach came out to look at it and helped me through the entire process of replacing it, including working with my insurance, coming out to put a tarp on the old roof when it started leaking, and being very responsive to any questions I had about the process. The team tore down the 3 old layers of shingles and installed the new roof in one day, and in the month or so since then I've been so grateful to have a solid roof over my head especially with all the rain and bad weather we've had! I cannot recommend Zion Roofing enough. Zach came out to my house very quickly to examine a small spot on my ceiling. He was able to find a small leak in the roof, but also searched the whole roof for any other possible future leaks, treating those, too!
