was one of the worst places we've stayed. The beds were rock hard. The mattress was on a metal sheet on a metal frame. No box springs. Every time you move, there is a loud clanking sound. The neighbors next door were having lots of fun.. heard very loud clanking all night.. and knocks on their door. The chair was as hard as the bed, very uncomfortable. We were there for three days. Every morning, the maid knocked and woke us up. Then on the last day.. our keys stopped working at 10. Checkout wasn't until 11. Our room was on the top floor. I'm handicapped so that was fun. They said there were no more rooms. All kings are upstairs. I hurt all over now from the awful bed. The only good thing.. the room were clean.. paid $80 a night.. worst time ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Look at the Google rating and understand it’s way to high. Get there and the room is dirty. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned. Hair in the sink. Water in the floor. Whatever not a big deal. Stayed in bad places before. But they charged me 102 for the room which was accurate. Then charged me an additional $85. I called and they insisted they didnt charge me $85. I thought maybe it’s a holding. Called back 4 days later same thing. When I told them they did take out the $85 I’m looking at it right now, She hung up and now my calls won’t be answered. I’m currently filing a dispute with the bank who said “ they definitely charged you.” I’ll never stay at a red roof again

This was the worst experience of staying in RR Inn. I choose RR because it allows for bringing a dog. However, the quality of the room was simply unacceptable: the refrigerator door was not closing, microwave was unplugged without any near-by outlets. Beds had metal box platform that made terrible noise. The TV remote was decades old and very dirty and TV itself didn't work. There was a roach running under a refrigerator. The bedspreads, furniture and all appliances were very old and do not resemble pictures on the website. The room was non-smoking but clearly somebody smoke there. Do not stay here.

Pretty crummy place. No bugs, no bums hanging about and a little heat. No bathroom fan. Ceiling in bathroom a web of black mold. Room was really dirty. Looks like they just pull the same blanket up over the "clean" sheets and keep reusing them without washing them. Watched The "housekeeping" do that in several rooms they were "cleaning" while I was there. The heat was basically useless and the room was cold. Remote for TV just turns the TV up and up wether you push anything or not. Doesn't actually let you control the channels or anything and no buttons on the TV itself. Beds too springy. Bring your own pillows if you are going there to actually sleep. No fee for our dogs. That was nice. Treatment was hospitable and courteous. Price was way too high but the cheapest around. Used to be you actually got a clean room for $150 but not no more. If you just gotta get inside and can't afford much or need a place to have some raunchy sex with a stranger this would be the place for you . Just bring some bleach if you're not into dirt and left over juices from previous guests.

Room was a mess mold in shower water damage everywhere. Beds felt like we slept on box spring. Also forgot my Mypellows due to rain and my elderly blind mother slipped in parkinglot.. called and wife told me shed call me back never did i called to make sure they still had them but pretty shure after leaving 100.oo pillows they wouldnt return them. They didnt just sickning .. SucksPeople just cant be honest ..

Accomodating and affordable. Nothing fancy but a good clean place to lay your head while traveling. No ammenties onsite (pool, laundry, gym, breakfast, etc). Just a simple stay with room accomodations, but that's all we needed so it met our expectations well.Rooms: Spacious room that included a chair, closet, mini fridge, microwave, and a desk. Clean however the staff forgot to check the mini fridge before we came in so I had to throw out old food.

Avoid this place at all costs. The desk staff are lazy and awful. The place inside and out is run down. In our room the beds creaked on every move no matter how small, the shower curtain rod was falling down, the ceiling texture was falling down, and the tub had water damage all around it. Take your money and stay literally anywhere else.

By far the grossest hotel I’ve seen, especially for the price. Pictures were so much better online. Mattresses and sheets were incredibly stained, floors were dirty, bathroom covered in mold, & room was infested with roaches, and these mattresses have obviously had bed bugs due to the blood stains on corners of bed. Wondering if the 30 dirty mattresses next to the building are because of bed bugs? We should have checked the reviews before booking but the pictures made it seem perfectly okay - but how is there this many reviews of roaches/bed bugs/ other pests and you’re still open and available to let people stay here? Disappointing. Clean up this place and stop letting people stay here

There were bugs crawling out from under the bed boxes and every crack in the door, ceiling, and walls. There was hair in the shower. There was hair and something gooey on one of the hand towels. There were holes in the walls and behind the shower hardware. The door didn't close all the way to the outside. The sheets were stiff and stained. Thr remote control was sticky. All of the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. dispensers were empty. The cleaning staff came in and moved my stuff around while I was gone one day and stared at me creepily as I came and went each day. I'm embarrassed that I paid $140 a day to stay here, but it was the only place available.

Easy check in. Pet friendly. Rooms did not have extra toilet paper, cups for coffee or water. Only one pkg of coffee decaf in room, no regular coffee. Phone didn't work so I could call and let front desk know. I had to walk to front of the hotel to ask for the things. She did give the toilet paper and some plastic cups, but to cups for the coffee or no coffee. Only one waste basket in room. I stood here on the way down to Florida and decided to stay on our way home. Big mistake. Totally different, no cooperation.Rooms: The rooms were not equipped with what they were supposed to be. Mo cups, o Lynn one coffee. No extra toilet paper. Only a little on the holder.

The Rooms were just ok The towels had some hair on it housekeeping or previous guest I do not know (just a gross) The TV had no remote I actually didn’t care because I was just there to sleep but if I had kids and others with me that would very inconvenient maybe a app on your phone would work but this silly. I honestly thought the lady was nice the room is well updated first room had tiny roaches on the pillow bed and a table. She switched me to another room which was bug free, but the strong smell of weed drove me crazy. Just ended up staying for couple of hours to sleep and hit the road quick. I can’t handle this especially with kids. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Terrible hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Front desk guy was slightly rude, quite off putting, and a bit creepy. Room was awful. Shower handle and head were loose from the wall and jiggling, and the handle was installed upside down making it very difficult to control temperature. Nothing was actually clean and the room smelled awful. Our sheets on one bed were literally tattered and stained. We really didn't get much sleep and what we did get wasn't very restful. We couldn't wait to leave.

Full of cockroaches avoid at all cost unless you wanna be spending more money when you get home to get rid of what you take back with you..... Rather have slept in my car next time I will ....... Felt like your going to get carried away didn't sleep well at all felt the need to watch my son sleep so he wasn't ate by roaches.......... We don't get to do much as I'm a single mom this trip was supposed to be special and a treat as I pack car parts for a living so I wanted to soak in a hot tub of water (cause we have a stand up at home) well couldn't even do that even though I scrubbed with bleach bugs were falling in the tub on us............ People work hard for their money and red roof in has got to do a better job not wasting people's hard earned money I remember when red roof use to be one of the best not anymore if I could have given 0 stars ⭐ I would not even one is deserved###YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS RED ROOF!!! #####I feel scammed to have had to pay to be here and was to late to do anything else wouldn't have had enough to go anywhere elseAnd the lady at the front said just make sure it's just you and your son like lady really don't know why y'all would be worried about all that you need to fix the issues with the property before doing all that I will be reviewing on YouTube as well as my other platforms with videos and pictures it's ridiculous to have to pay almost a 100 $ for one night to sleep with roaches and dirt !!!!!! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stayed one night with my husband and our two pets. The room was dingy upon first arrival. I could have looked past that because this was one of very few options that we had because we’re traveling with pets. I woke up the next morning itchy and with bites that weren’t there before. We briefly checked the room when we arrived, but I guess we didn’t look well enough. When I woke up I found one large bed bug at the headboard where I had been sleeping. My husband found a smaller bedbug in the bathroom that came out of the shower curtain. Now, I’m worried that they were biting my pets and that they’re all in our stuff. There were also flies in our room when we got there and the sheets and mattresses were disgusting when I pulled everything back. We’re out a lot of money now until the refund is processed, and that is a HUGE inconvenience because we needed it to find another hotel. I could have overlooked the dirtiness and the flies, but the bedbugs are inexcusable.

Let me start off by saying the room was clean, the bare floors were clean they did not get my feet dirty, beds and pillows were nice. I asked upon check-in if they had roaches she said no they did not... I did find a couple of roaches in the room, my friends also found a roach or two in their room... If that issue is fixed then the rooms would be fantastic! Road noise is loud but that's what happens next to a highway, it's a good hotel if bug problem is fixed

Cockroaches in multiple rooms- discovered Saturday. A manager who tries to make excuses and is rude. Upon calling corporate, I found out pest control will not be investigating the property until Friday. I apparently can not get a refund until pest control confirms this issue. The manager straight up told me he does not believe me. He also laughed at me when I said I'd never seen a cockroach before. Anyways, this means they allow people to continue to book at their property for a whole week, before investigating for roaches. A whole week!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! If you have stayed here, I definitely recommend checking your bags. Multiple Red Roof Inn customers report similar issues online with cockroaches and managers who do not give a care. Disgusting. I would also like to add, we had to ask daily for towels, when usually at nicer hotels, it is an expectation for a maid to complete room service in every room. No, we did not have our do not disturb sign up. When the manager informed the cleaners of our situation, they stared and talked about us while smoking their cigarettes as we packed our bags. How unprofessional.

I was charged $102.81 for a room that was posted as $54! The sheets were stained and had hair on them, the room was dusty and dirty. No one answered when I tried to buzz the bell at the front to report this so we were stuck there. We were only there from 11pm through 5:30am and when I tried to return the key, no one answered again so I left it in the room when we left. I will be contacting corporate for a full refund of this overpriced, disgusting visit.Update after reply: You can start the changes with refunding me for the overcharge and trying to make things right publicly instead of lip service. #putmymoneywhereyourmouthisI will update again and change my review of this happens. Let's see you show future customers you really do care and will really change.Update again: STILL no refund for the overcharge and horrible experience. You have no intention of changing, only taking advantage of good people. Shame on you!

The rooms were ok, great for a last-minute stop. We were having a little trouble with our truck after so many hills. My only complaint is that there was a dog that was able to run free and was barking at 4am. When we were trying to leave, that little dog was very unfriendly. The tv was messed up, remote for the tv didn’t work. The shower head came off in your hand when you tried to adjust it. The hotel was relatively cheap… like 70 a night so some of that was expected. What was not expected was the women working the front desk walking into our room at 12 something in the middle of the night. We had the door latch on so she didn’t get in. Woke us up and she said “excuse me” and shut the door. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we have come to the conclusion she was gonna try stealing from us. What other reason would they try walking into our room in the middle of the night. Sketchy….

We went to see a show at The Caverns and stayed at The Red Roof. It's location is convenient for shopping, dining, and adventures. The staff was friendly. The rooms, especially bathrooms need some updating and the mini refrigerator either needs replaced or if possible a new seal around the door because of the junk inside and on the seal.

Could use some real updating and better repair work. Bathroom was sketchy and tub was old and poorly remodeled. Cleaning could be better too. Corners had grime, tub was stained, bed cover stained., coffee pot obviously not cleaned, dirt in ice pail , hard bed, the list goes on. I get it was a motel but I've stayed in MUCH nicer accommodations for the same price. It's only saving grace was good TV channels, good working AC unit and secure door.

I was really surprised by this hotel. We were in need of a place to stay at 330am and just happened upon this location. The price was decent and the rooms were surprisingly clean. It was quiet and convenient to the freeway. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. It isn’t a glamorous hotel but it is good for what you pay and a night’s rest.
