Headquarters reached out to me after my review and when I called they told me a CSR would get back with me within 24 hours. That was in August. All I’ve heard is crickets.We ordered windows in November 2021. As of today, August 2023, our order is still not complete. The windows were wrong, they didn’t order enough, they ordered the wrong sizes. We still do it have all of our screens and cranks. I’ve reached out to their HQ and filed a complaint the BBB. I emailed the store over a month ago to get an update on the missing parts and no response. They just don’t care. I don’t know how they stay in business with this type of customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I might have but some of their products are good , they dont make them they just sell then and not to the public if that doesn't scream we don't like dealing with the public.I bought 10 windows , and thousands of dollars worth of vinyl and shingles and various siding materials .they ordered me two of the same size windows which they knew i probably didnt need, should have thrown up some kind of red flag when it came in, it's only a 3 bedroom 2 bath house how hard could it be to get that right and would not let me return or even take it and donate it to charity home builders such as habitat for humanity, etc. I had to end up giving it to a coworker. Roughly a 850.00 mistake. To beat the band one of my windows had the wrong size screen and was manufactured a full 3/4 inch smaller on one side than the other and shrink wrapped in the plastic that way. It wasnt abc who made the window but they wouldn't help me just get the screen. They kept saying they would order the screen but either lost it or just never ordered it. Never called me one time to check on me or let me know it had arrived. I stopped by no less than 5 times to see if they had a screen for me. Nope. So I'm done at that point. I was a perfect gentleman to them. Gave them evey opportunity to make it right. Had to contact the window maker which took quite some time. Apparently they are saying one is in the mail now. 3 months later....... as for my Google review, unfortunately the afterservice and return policy should make you steer clear of this place. And PS they won't sell to the public so maybe that's why they don't care much about people.

Facility location is convenient but yard space way to small. Hopefully new location will fix that. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Return policy stinks. Never heard of a company that size not taking special order back. Any place I have ever dealt with including the two Lumber yards I have managed will take back special order. We just charged a restock charge. Might want to consider it.

Easy to find on 11E between Jefferson City and Morristown. Talk about SERVICE! And selection! We met Robert there and he was such a great help. Not pushy, not "you gotta get this" he was knowledgeable and happy to share his ideas and experience with different products. They carry so much for home building or renovation. They were recommended by a contractor and boy was he right when he said they were great to work with. This is where we will be buying our building supplies next week for certain.

Was told when I bought my siding and shakes that what I didn't use, I could return. I had a full box of shakes left, manager said they aren't returnable because they are special ordered. Now I'm stuck with almost $400 worth of shakes that I can do nothing with.
