We had an aging asphalt (architectural) shingled roof that was developing leaks and had some roof decking damage due to an older leak (from poor flashing) over one area. We contacted Jay and Josh Roofing on the recommendation of a friend in the neighborhood whose home was re-roofed by them. The estimate was quick, accurate and favorably priced. We decided to replace our roof (hip roof with dormers) with architectural shingles on our brick house, instead of metal, for aesthetic reasons…Not only was Jay and Josh Roofing our lowest cost estimate, but Jay also provided valuable expertise via consultation and some interim leak-stopping repairs (at no additional cost!) while waiting to start our roofing job (busy season). They used the right materials, tools and techniques to install the roof without damage and for best longevity. These guys are awesome very good work in a timely manner went out of there way and fixed my gutter down spouts for me and cleaned up every piece of left over material from the job when they were finished i would highly recommend them for your roofing need's couldn't ask for a better job

Roof started leaking about a year and a half after installed called he came out caulked it still leaked came fixed under the ridge cap leak stopped I was replacing the wall that got wet ended up finding mold he came out was very rude his wife was rude also told us to send them a estimate for the damage I did now they suddenly pulled up my contact which all of a sudden says one year warranty they don’t like to take responsibility for damage was also rudely asked why I wanted my roof replaced my answer is I wanted my house to look better with a metal roof they’re trying to say it leaked before but the home inspection report says no evidence of leaking on the roof when I bought itService: Roof installation
