I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kristy was my contact person. She was so helpful and easy to talk to. The crew arrived at 0730 AM and immediately started working. And finished within one day! Gabriel was excellent. He explained everything they had to do as they worked. Not only did they clean everything up once they were finished but they also put all of our Christmas decorations back up. Completely satisfied!!!!! I’d definitely recommend Admiral roofing! They went above and beyond.

Roger/Admiral and his awesome crew did a wonderful job on our roof replacement! He was the first call we made as soon as the shingles went flying and got out within hours to patch it, before the next round of storms came through that evening. Very quick turnaround, super responsive to calls/texts (and all our random questions), and always easy to work with. This is our second property we’ve had Admiral re-roof and again, they hit it out of the park. His crew was friendly and did a great job with cleanup and the roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience with Roger and his team at Admiral Custom Roofing. I had some pipes burst on Christmas Day while I was out of town. I called him on Christmas Day and he dropped what he was doing with his family to go check on the house and come up with a solution and plan of attack. I had zero expectations for him to do that. I flew home the next morning and by the time I got home his team was already in my house tearing up the wet ceiling and drywall throughout the house to prevent the spread of mold. The home needed a lot of repairs due to damage and Roger knew I was on a very short timeline due to an upcoming move. I needed the home fixed up ASAP and he bent over backwards getting people in the right place to knock out the work as fast as possible while still maintaining a quality of workmanship that I expected and required. He was also able to easily help me navigate the insurance process as this was my first time dealing with something like this. Very helpful and professional.

When you are a widow it sometimes becomes hard to trust in what you are being told but Stan came through for me. Everything he told me he would take care of he took care of very efficiently. If all company representatives could be as helpful and caring as Stan we older folks would feel safer in dealing with our home problems. I am so proud of the fantastic job and workmanship. We can not be any happier with Admiral Roofing. Roger, the owner, was very helpful when I was dealing with the insurance company over a storm damage for almost a year. He personally came out when the adjustors would come out for inspections regarding my roof. Roger even took the time and helped us in showing different roofs that he and crew installed so that we could see what they really looked instead of looking at a small sample. During a time that could have been very hectic, Roger and his crew stepped in and did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Roger was swift with responding and took his time going over every detail. We were in need of repair for a small section after a heavy downfall caused a little leak in our roof. Admiral was quick to respond when I called for an estimate for the repair and to replace our entire roof. They not only gave us the best quote, but were so quick to respond and work us into their schedule. Due to my husband's late work schedule, they were willing to meet us Friday evening, and today (Tuesday), the crew showed up right at 7am, and by 7:02 were on the roof tearing the old shingles off. They replaced the damaged wood where we had the leak, had the entire new roof installed, yard cleaned up and packed out by 12:40pm. Amazing job. After checking our roof Stan Nichols made an appointment to meet with me to decide what type of roof would be best for our home. After making our decision Stan set everything up. Roger replaced my roof a few years ago after some storms rolled through and left my old roof leaky and problematic, shingles flipped, etc. He worked closely with the insurance company and made sure to keep me involved every step of the way! My wife and I are very pleased with our experience and the services we received from Admiral Roofing. We experienced damage after a severe storm. They responded quickly after we called. Our sales rep, Ben, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The installation was efficient and impressive. They protected the outside of our home (flowerbeds, HVAC, etc.) and thoroughly cleaned the debris and nails from our property. The owner of the company even visited during the installation to insure we were satisfied, etc. We were so impressed, we later recommended their services to a family member who also purchased a new roof from them and was just as pleased as we were. We highly recommend them!
