ERS did a great job in restoring our property after the April 1, 2023 tornado in Readyville, Tn.We had major damage and they were very professional and Jason, the owner, was very easy to work with. He helped us with insurance questions. And was always prompt to get back with me if I called. Their work was excellent.On the day of the tornado, Jason's crew was the first in the neighborhood to come out with roof tarps. These tarps were an immediate necessity and very much in demand. And that day was extremely windy and difficult to put down tarp on a rooftop, but his crew managed.Good company to work with.

ERS was recommended by my insurance company also for water and drywall damage. They came out in September and gave a reasonable estimate but stated it would be best to do the work at the same time as when the windows will be replaced. Sounded reasonable, so I agreed. The windows had to be custom made and 2 1/2 months later they are finally ready. The day before installation ERS texted me that they are NOT coming to do their part of the repairs because it's "a small job for them". All of this less than 24 hrs before they were supposed to come, 1.5 weeks before Thanksgiving and after waiting over 2 months after they agreed to do it. Plus many emails! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

ERS did a repair on my fireplace and they stand behind their work. I experienced a small issue with the fireplace several months after that. ERS came out and looked at the issue then sent Miguel and Jos. The two of them did an awesome job. They went above and beyond. Very professional. I would recommend ERS to everyone.

My daughter had a plow leak and flood part of their house. Er's came out tore up floor and in process of drying house broke a section of cabinet and some pricey dishes. This was done through their ins company. Er's then asked for the whole deductible up front before they would start repairs and money for supplies. Our daughter talked to them about possibly putting ceramic tile in the kitchen part and were told of the upgrade price. They told her many times that they couldn't come back out for a few days because there was a storm and they had other jobs. This while their house is torn up. Knowing that they were sketchy she decided to not have them do the repairs. The company told her she would have to pay 250.00 for supplies they already bought to tile the kitchen when it was never decided that was going to happen. She could not get them to give her how much tile or flooring she needed. Today she got a notice that she was over 30 days late on her bill for drying the house which is all through insurance. She was also told not to talk to her insurance as they would handle it all. Well I hope you can figure out our recommendation for this company (they did dry the house). Now Gordon construction is doing the job and she is very happy. Have a great day.

ERS performed an estimate for brick work on the outside of my house. They called and called and finally I selected and signed an agreement to have their company complete the work. It was weeks before I heard from anyone and when they finally responded, I was told that they couldn't get anyone to touch the job without giving up a few more thousands of dollars. I expressed my concern and wanted to know exactly how much more and what type of guarantee would we have. They could not provide a response and then I was told that the person that originally gave the estimate was no longer with the company and they were going to get the owner involved. To date, no one from that company has contacted me to discuss other options, void the contract or move forward. The contract was signed in September 2017, needless to say, I am very disappointed in how this company handled this situation.

Please safe yourself a headache and DO NOT use ERS. I hired them to do work in our commercial property and it has been a complete nightmare. I hate to be writing this review. I always look at the good versus the bad, but I would hate anyone to go through this personally or for their business. It has been nearly a year I am dealing with Eric and his team. They have not fixed items they either broke or damaged during their repair and restoration phase. They broke our vanity marble, scratched our epoxy floors (which had to be redone) and the list goes on and on. He over promises and does not deliver. I am still waiting on a resolve to our ongoing issues. I trusted them and his team to make it right. I am still waiting.

Have had the pleasure of working with ERS, specifically, Jeremy Kowalski, and would highly recommend this outfit. Very professional and timely in providing their services. It was an extra bonus knowing that the company is ran in accordance to Christian morals and is ran by a Christian owner. I would tell anyone who has an unwelcome disaster hit their home to call ERS ASAP!

Negative 10 stars (if that was an option). We had a tree fall on our deck, and it took 1.75 terrible years to get resolved. The first group of contractors they sent to do the work did such an awful job that I asked them come back and finish to a level of quality that a small child would at least be proud of, per our many thousand dollar agreement. After their 3rd attempt, we just decided we'd finish the mistakes on our own later and to end the nightmare. The accounting department was not able to properly "account" with simple addition and subtraction, and sent us our final bill, not once, not twice, but 3 times...since there continued to be errors in their math that showed we owed more and more money. Please, save yourself, it's not too late...if it's an insurance claim, find ANYONE else.

My team and I have used ERS several times. I can always tell when they have done a great job when my customers continue to call back and brag about the work ERS did for them. For any type of restoration you should guve them a call. I believe in them!

Stellar Experience! Dealt primarily with Taylor, she kept us informed on everything as we went along. Our house was destroyed inside by fire, water and smoke damage and ERS worked tirelessly to get us back in shape. From caring for the smallest personal effect (we had a bunch of small knick knacks and such that had to be cleaned) to the entire interior of the home, (paint, flooring, appliances, cabinets, baths, all of it!) they went above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend them for any loss you might have from fire, water or whatever. Being able to text Taylor throughout the process was key for me. Not a bunch of missed phone calls and messages. Texting is so much better since I was able to send pictures and ideas and she was able to keep us informed. If you need them, they are there.
