So we had serve pro come to do the work. After 3 months I fired them and called helping hands. Within a week the work was done and my mother was ecstatic about how it turned out. They are a great local boro company and they actually communicate with you about things. Megan is awesome to work with!!!! I’ll recommend to anyone I know that’s needs a contractor!!!!

Helping hands recently replaced my whole roof. They are the best company to do the job, because they explain to you the whole process and even give you a chance to choose the brand and even the color of the shingles you want. Once you let them know what you wanted, they will tell you what day it will be done and what you would expect. I am really amazed by their professionalism, punctuality and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone that want their roof replaced.

From the initial meeting with Justin to the very end of this process, my wife and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism exhibited by Justin, David (Project Manager), and the roofing team! The communication concerning what we could expect was clear and direct, and we really appreciated knowing how things would proceed. They worked with our Insurance Company and everything went smoothly, as I had never submitted a claim before. When the roofers had completed their work, they cleaned up and placed all patio furniture, plants, and water hoses just like we had them! On Friday, March 3, 2023, Nashville, TN received sustained winds of 66 mph. We watched as shingles from our roof flew past our windows. We contacted Hunter on Monday, March 6. He said he would try to have someone come by on Wednesday, March 8 to tarp the damaged areas. However, David called us that same Monday afternoon and said he was sending someone over that afternoon and the tarp work was done. Our entire roof was replaced on Monday, March 13 by a fantastic crew of workers who finished the roof in one day (11 hours). They cleaned up everything and the leftover materials were stacked neatly in the driveway. Both Hunter and David came by on the day of the installation and again the following day for a final inspection of the roof. The roof looks fantastic. We so appreciate the prompt service and the fact that Hunter and David were in continuous contact with us over the work schedule. I have had the pleasure if doing business with Helping Hands and this experience has been absolutely fantastic. I literally did not have to put in any work. From the start my contractor Brock helped contact my insurance and work out all the details without me having to get involved. Then David called me and took care of ordering all supplies necessary he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. At the end of the process Audrey contacted me and worked out the details of the contract and payment, she also was amazing, great customer service skills, efficient and patient. I have had horrible experience with trying to get my roof fixed and was a little reluctant when I came across this company, but Helping Hands reassured me that everything would be handled quickly and correct. Our experience with Helping Hands was wonderful! We had been denied by our insurance company twice, even though we had straight line wind damage and storm damage to our roof. Our insurance company kept telling us that we had structural damage which was created by the builder. Finally, a trustworthy friend recommended Spencer to us and said that he was very knowledgeable and would be able to help. Thankfully, we listened and gave it one more shot. Spencer had the experience and knowledge to effectively communicate our roof issues to our insurance adjuster and, amazingly, they finally approved the roof. We couldn't believe it. We are thankful that Spencer was able to get the job done right. The roof is gorgeous, the insurance company paid for the damage less deductible, and we are very satisfied.
